That’s another 13 million plus people less minors in these 2 states. Obviously, we hold a licence in Maryland population of 6 million, not sure about Arizona licence? It would be good to get an RNS about what all of this means if anything. It has to at least increase the turnover and profitability of the business, which will help build the value of the core model, even without taking into account Ny, Ca etc

A red start to the day atm. I made a few buys this morning 2 for £1494 which are showing as sells sadly. I also bought another 2 lots at 6.31 ish today, I could not resist, as I think as I said last week, they are just treading water before the next surge upwards.

I agree, any announcement if any from the company, could be very fascinating. I am sure there is a lot more going on behind the scenes, we will just have to bide our time. I personally think this will fly, I am a long hauler, but will trade a bit to lower my average price.

Great post , and great news. The best thing about this share, is that we do not need to ramp it up ourselves to obtain new holders interest. This will undoubtedly be a real winner, it’s just when. I have never had so much faith and excitement in a share. Already looking forward to 8am tomorrow ??

I think we need more news from the company, to keep shareholders updated. Hopefully, early next month we will get a positive update on the Q1 numbers. It would be good to understand how much extra profit we are making based on the rise in vanadium prices. Then we can start to do the maths on what the p/e is and get a feel for current production costs.

Hopefully, by next month we should start to see some news on contracts awarded. This company is a sleeping giant, but I do get why people get frustrated by the seemingly slow progress and postings.

At the end of the day, people are in this share to make a profit, whether it be short or long term. They are not in it to moan on social media, or for the love of Fortune.

The great news at present, is the fact that it’s gone up from 3/4/5s and is holding solid in the mid 6s range. The key is, this share has not shot down again with people selling up, realising profits and looking for the next pot of gold.

I think people are too worried about missing out on this one, and would kick themselves if we got positive news on NY on being one of the operators.Obviously, if California passes sports betting, this share would be a very hot commodity! That could be quite a way off, but everything seems to be moving in the right direction for now.

Four or more online sports betting sites would appear to be very good news surely? I wonder how many licences have actually been awarded? Surely, Webis feel that it is advantageous to hold a licence in NY, otherwise what’s the point of having it?

I noted the Piemans post, as I have previously stated, we are effectively in his hands as to what he feels the company, if it happens is sold, and what price he feels we should justify. A risky game, but he could be a great bench mark for us.

All in all, Rey excited about the stock, I feel this could fly.

In light of the sports betting getting passed by all accounts in NY, it would be useful to get an update from the board, as to what this actually means to us as a company. There is mention of other companies talking about, it’s positive that sports betting will be approved, but no comments on these sites from Webis, is this because we are only a very small player? I am a bit confused. Thoughts please?

I do however think that it’s fantastic that another big player state has gone down this route.

I know how you feel, I have done the same in many shares. I’m not sure it’s greed, it’s actually realising a profit, which is never a bad thing. The problem with these shares is the spread is so big at times and you keep thinking it’s a false dawn. I bought some again late last night and this morning and sold a few at 6.3 and 6.42. If they dip I will buy again.

This time, I think it’s not a false dawn, and the price will rocket in the near future, but it could be a turbulent ride along the way.

I could not resist buying some more this morning at just under 5.5 pence and again at 5.75, I also bought late last night at 5.4 something.

An RNS now would be good, giving us any developments on what the sports betting in NY might mean to us if anything. I guess they will wait and see what happens with the vote tonight, as it’s still not been passed. I did think it was very positive that they hoped it would be in place in time for the American Football season, which starts normally in early September, so not long away at all.

I still don’t really understand the benefit of holding a licence if we get overlooked in NY? But I guess it must add value, probably by making it more likely we get bought out?

I have been investing in stocks for over 30 years, I have never been so excited about this stock, it is a time bomb waiting to happen. If you go on almost any website share chats, they talk about multi bagging and massive upsides, however most of the time as we all know this never happens.

This is in the right zone and place at the right time, mark my words!!!

It sounds like a number of licences will be passed here. This is very exciting, even if we miss out at the moment, this could well be reviewed in the future. Also, we could be subject to a takeover bid in the very short term, as somebody wants to buy in to the action of licences.

Big Jim will have his price, I think as previously posted this has positive and negative vibes. The bottom line is, this share will fly from where it is now, just keep the faith

I have just read that Cuomo wants to pass the legalisation of sports betting, but he wants it to go out to a single operator to be bid on. However, other lawmakers have opposed this and want up to 8 operators. They are worried that it is to big a job for one operator, and that people would still use the illegal New Jersey sites.

Whatever the outcome, it looks like another state has cracked and is looking to push this through. It all bodes very well for the Webis proposition.

Yes, I am inclined to agree with you, however , why would we bother buying a licence in this state if we felt that we had no chance of ever taking advantage of it? Also, perhaps a big fish will buy into the state with our licence, otherwise it’s just been a total waste of money. Also, if this was the case, who is to say that the licence we hold in California will be any different, we could be overlooked there as well.

If you refer back to the half year reporting, they specifically mentioned the big 3 licences of which New York was one, and they did not single out Cal. Thoughts p,ease anybody?

I hope you are all enjoying the Easter break, even if we cannot go to the pub sadly!! Does anyone have any news on when we can expect the bill to be passed? I have been looking on various links and they seem to think it has to be by Monday, so possibly we will wake up to the decision in the morning?

I am really excited about the coming weeks with this share. I keep reading the post by the chairman regarding, ‘the board look at each opportunity on an individual basis, but most of the time we feel that they need us more than we need them!’ Obviously, there is quite a bit of interest in buying or partnering with Webis, my guess is the main man will hold out for a strong price and will not roll over. This could prove very astute, but there is always a chance that he holds out for too much of a premium!!

I managed to rebut back £3 k worth earlier. Will try to buy more if the price drops, but it seems to be holding firm This is very good news for the stock, all we need is an RNS of some description and this could really get on a charge!

Quite a while since I posted on BMN, it’s all been very flat since the spike to almost mid twenties. I sold out my whole stake to get stuck into Webis, which has proved. Very lucrative in the past week. Bought back in last night and this morning at slightly less than I sold out at, which is quite lucky.

I really believe in this share, but we have had so little news recently it’s quite frustrating. I have had to get back in, because I would be gutted to miss the boat. With all that’s happening, this should really pick up soon. We will be rewarded eventually!

I have been beating the drum on this share, as I firmly believe in the business model and very exciting times ahead. Like a fool, I have sold around 1 million shares today. I was hoping to buy back in again, which partially I have and made some good profit. I did not expect it to rise so much this quick sadly. On an upbeat note, I still hold almost 1 million shares, so life is not too shabby if it hits silly heights. Also, I sold out some at 5.74 and 5.5 so hardly missed the boat yet. If this dips in the morning, which from a selfish perspective I hope, I will be ploughing the lot in again to max out on shares. This is going to be the most exciting share I have bought since pacific media, if any of you remember that long ago or the company? I paid 0.32 pence and sold at amounts up to 14 pence. Sadly, I sold plenty at nowhere near 14.pence. This as I have said will be a rollercoaster ride and maybe I have been too sensible but let’s see how time plays out. I will sleep well tonight, but might regret my actions today! Good luck all, this time next year Rodney!

The great thing with this share, we do not need to bring the herds. The bottom line is, everyone knows this share is going to fly out the door to 15/20 pence at some point, in the near future but we do not have a definitive date. The problem with lots of penny share investors, they chase the daily pick and the hype and not fundamentals. I would actually state that there are a remarkable amount of greedy people out there, who are trying to second guess when to get into Webis, I would not take that chance. If you think about the last week, those people have already missed part of the boat. There was a chap who reported mid last week, how the share price would drop back as he predicted. I would love a piece of his rather large humble pie! Bless him!
