Chester really hasn't changed much lol, have a look at sealand capital, it has a low float with news pending, CHP they are looking to create a new scottish bank fronted by Jim McColl, low entry but looks very promising, but i say buy and hold there if you do. AYM did 200% not long ago after clearing debt's already confirmed copper, gold, zinc and silver in the ground, just a matter of waiting there.
