You folks are talking like novices lol. Most miners have lawsuits opened against them. These disgruntled investors didn't understand the crypto business, they just bought in with the hype. Crypto is very volatile ffs, don't invest what you can't afford to loose. These guys don't have a case.

PJ, in my opinion, if that was the case, they wouldn’t be streamlining their business, they would be filling for bankruptcy. The have clearly stated in their last rns..

So if folks think this doomed, get those shorts open and let us know how you get along. No point telling us it’s doomed and not put your money where your mouth is. I’ve got an average of 0.56, here till 1p, I believe it’s achievable, so bought in for a quick punt.

Chaebol, class-action lawsuit is normally retail, there has to be 40 of them, rather then do it individually they do it together. There is nothing in this in my opinion. Just disgruntled shareholders trying to get a little slice of ARB's 20 million in the bank.

Chaebol, this is my take, I could be completely wrong. A lot of shareholders thought this company was going under so sold very cheap, some even cheap as 2.50p. The company survived and locked them out of the price the sold at, so there are a load of disgruntled ex shareholders, who are clutching at straws. There are no shortage’s of them on this BB.

There is no chance this case will be successful otherwise half of the CEO’s in the western world, would be up in court lol. PW is a crook in my opinion, however, proving he misled investors in a court of Law is a different matter.

Everything he has done is legal, Otherwise FCA would be all over him. I don’t think anything will come of this case.

I agree with it but how do you argue that. it's too ambiguous, lawyers will take on anything hoping for an out of court settlement, especially in America lol.
