Why haven't they sold?

Why are they adamant to liquidate the company?

ITS not going to happen in my opinion, the vote was the last chance. Now either a RTO will happen or this company will run out of money and bankrupt naturally. Shareholders only chance here is an RTO and we all know this is the cheapest cash shell on AIM. I really hope an EGM is called and the accounts of this company are audited so a few of these crooks can face jail time.

....you will not get 0.20p now. It's all or nothing time. These two last remaining bod are desperate to get the company closed down so they can hide their wrong doing over the past 12 months. Do not let them get away with it. There surely got to be an experienced and knowledgeable poster on this bb in this scenario? Hi Chaebol, completely agree mate, MARA is very cheap at 10 bucks, I’ve got 90 percent of my money in it now, I’ve stopped trading it weeks ago and I’m just adding. You need balls of steel to short RIOT at this moment, very risky bet. I completely agree with CB on the btc run, he has become a really shrewd trader, I’m very impressed CB :-).

CB, shorting RIOT will take some balls at this moment in time, anything can happen with BTC. Personally I can’t see RIOT dropping too much otherwise Chaebol would of already had the short opened lol.

Jimmy, unless a company will want this shell for what it is, which I believe is a possibility and the reason why i'm invested. The remaining two bod members are actively not encouraging an RTO, read the rns's mate. They want this company dead and buried, read the rns's. They tries to close it down and give the shareholders 0.20p, which got rejected. So either an RTO will happen or this is going to zero, the clock is ticking.

It doesn't take much buying for this to rise or much selling for this to fall. Either this share will boom to the moon or go to zero, no chance of 0.20p now. Those two remaining bod need to be replaced asap, if you want an RTO to happen.

Billthebank, nothing with this share makes any sense. I wouldn't surprise me if this is 10p or 0.20 next week. Anything is possible with this share. I've made loads of money today, so making sense of it, doesn't matter to me lol.
