I sold all my migi today, put all the proceeds into Terawulf. Anyone here know why Wulf hasn't fired yet, like the rest of the miners?

Wolf, they are drilling in January, they are banking on hitting helium and lots of it. They don't need money past hitting helium lol. This company doesn't plan past the next month :-)

Hi John, if the placing is only for the high net worth and our poor bod of course, what makes people think the sp will tank past 0.25?

Lol Robsaunders, the average volume in usa is around 41,000, today traded so far 381,757.

This was my whole point but no body sensible wanted to have a debate. are these new shares spoken for? will they hold on to them till after the drill? why isn't the market in usa crashing?

Why not make the placing open to everyone?

The placing is only available to current shareholders and institutional investors. All the folks that have sold here, will not get these discounted shares. I see this as a good thing for holders, it gets rid of the immediate uncertainty and spares us with the BB getting clogged up with administration is happening posts. The money will be used for drilling, fingers crossed we will strike helium or a huge pile of gold nuggets :-).

I don't know mate, I've got an order in to be filled at 0.70, hasn't been filled yet.

You need around 4 percent of the shares to call an EGM. Then you can table a resolution and vote them out if you have enough support. imho

0.7525 is the best price i've got, I'm after 0.71. What are the chances??

......I didn't manage to buy any at 0.72. Best HL has given so far to me is 0.756. I like a good punt and this is the best punt on LSE for months. GLA
