They will not let this company go bankrupt.
They will give them more money and let them continue.
They will symbolically give them a little punishment.

Hexam, I agree with your assessment of newco, however existing assets isn’t an option and neither is not getting every creditor onboard. This is a lot more complicated then most think and that is a huge advantage to mooky. We will see how it progresses, I hope you are making some good money trading this meanwhile. ATB

cine owes 5 billion net debt.
Cine hasn’t made any profit last couple of years, because of this let’s take regal for example , regal isn’t worth half what they paid for it. There are no buyers of their assets.

If they do what you are saying, the loan companies will lose most of their money. This is not a game of monopoly, this is real life. Imho

Wolf, the debt is owed to multiple creditors. You are assuming, that is about to happen, as Ian posted earlier, there is more to this than a knee jerk reaction. This is very complicated, we all know the problem, resolving won’t be as simple as you think.

Hexam, you can word it however you like. Let’s just say,,The creditors get 60percent of the company? They will need to raise more shares, to hand it over to the company. Mktcap, is a small 30 million?

Cine is going to give up some assets plus they are going to release more shares to give to the creditors. 200 or 300 million pounds worth?

Just like I said, this isn’t going bankrupt from the very first day.
The same way I’m saying, the company is slowly going to pump up the sp, once it gets to a price like 20p or 30p, then you will get the dilution rns.

There is no point diluting, if you can’t raise significant amount of money, not much can be raised with an sp at 4p and spooked investors, who are constantly hovering over the sell button. My guess is they need to raise 300 or 400 million pounds , short term.

Just my opinion, I could be wrong. You should always research yourself and only invest what you can afford to lose. I do not give investment advice, I leave that to my friends WolfofWarks and AimMaster lol. Just joking wolf ;-).
