There are some real idiots on here, Debenhams and Thomas Cook situation was completely different to cine. Did you see a judge awarding them a huge cash injection??

The narrative builders started with cine going bankrupt and now have progressed to shareholders getting wiped out. You would of thought, once they realised that cine isn’t going bankrupt, they would stop posting.

If you jump in now it might drop but if you don’t buy it might rise. What normally happens to most investors in this scenario is moment they buy it drops and if they don’t buy, it will be 6p in no time lol.

As I’ve said umpteen times, what is going to happen here is something similar to two years ago, cine will be lent money and it will continue, with a few symbolic equity swap.

Hi wolf, this is what I’m failing to understand, the debt is a huge 5 billion, what sort of hair cut could the loan companies take. We are talking billions here not millions. Let’s go with your scenario of releasing billions of shares, the mktcap is only 30 million, how much money do you think they could realistically raise?

This is what I’m saying from day one, cine having this huge debt, has become an advantage to cine. The boat cannot be severely rocked, otherwise no one is getting anything.

I only can see cine borrowing more money and continuing, with a little slap on the wrist of course. What surprises me is how cine managed to get so much debt.

Dillyd, always buy and sell in stages. Never go all in it all out. If this rises tomorrow, you are locked out. This share will move fast in either direction. Good luck

Wolf, Im really looking forward to your explanation of how cine will become debt free. Remember cine is a loss making business, that needed a huge cash Injection, just to get it through the next few months. Not much equity in the business at the moment? Imho

Jtan, on the contrary, it is how someone’s interpretation of significant dilution. I believe and I could be wrong, there is not much dilution to be done with the sp at this price. There are some suggesting, that the sp could drop as low as 0.4p, however, I can’t see that happening. Too much debt, not enough equity in the company, loss making company, even it’s competitors are making a loss. The whole industry is in trouble.
If the boat is rocked too much, many will lose, especially the loan companies and the film industry.

IOUGhosts, If everyone is giving you their expertise advice, I don’t see why I should hold back. I will give you two pieces of very important advice, which will make you prosperous for many years to come, in fact your children might also prosper.

Secondly, never ask for advice on anonymous bulletin boards, in fact, never get advice from anyone, who is not qualified to give it, let alone on an anonymous bulletin board. :-)

It will fluctuate all day, with highs of 6p and lows of 4p. Open price 4.20p. AimMaster will try his hardest to deramp. Wolf will try to save some investors, And Hexam, I still don’t understand.

Hexam, let me just clarify again to you, as things stand, there isn’t much equity in the company, the company has been making huge losses, last couple of years.

This is the reason, they don’t have many buyers of the company, even their competitors have really struggled last couple of years. There is nothing wrong with cines business model, the problem has been covid and poor slate of films.

I said when all this fiasco began, they will be given money, wolf and you were coming out with all these fancy terms and still are.
You failing to understand, what type of business this is and the type of people involved. This isn’t Debenhams and will not follow the Debenhams model lol. I’m sorry hexam, next couple of weeks will really surprise you. :-). Imho
