I hope that the BOD know what they are about and that a focussed group can become more profitable and support a decent dividend going forward.

Won't a return of capital just mean that you get a refund on the value of your share and share price will adjust accordingly. Based on the new size and the way the company has been valued previously, my reckoning is that a share price of 320 to 350 is likely.

I have hedged some of mine. Sold 2/3 keeping the rest to see what happens if they drop back. Been a nice earner the past year.

To see some action on the SP. Seems like it has slipped into a coma!

Are we heading to being taken private? Only 6.5% of shares going to be floating. How much will they offer for the remainder?

Thanks for that. This share has been good to me the past couple of years. I got back in a couple of days ago as believe this is good for at least 20% uplift from here. If still in at divi time then that's a bonus too.

Does anyone know when the ex date is for PVCS? I looked on their website and can't see it.

That statement was issued on 11th January. So hardly going to have a big impact now. Do you have a link to the Nomura upgrade?

You notice all the small sells of 332 shares. The price is being manipulated down by tickling the computer system with these.

Was in but sold @ 68.4 looking to get back in. Keep pushing my limit price lower as charts still not healthy and as I said strongly suspect this is being shorted lower. Should bounce nicely though when shorts covered. Are you in this at the moment?

Is possible. But the ask price was 53.3 at the time of the last sale @ 11:31. I think it was a sell.

By the look of the fairly regular 10000 sells this is being shorted. Can't see why they would be selling at historic lows otherwise.

Yes, it is oversold and IMO in the process of bottoming out. Just not sure what is going to drive the price back up. Fundamentals for solar not looking too rosy at the moment. Is always possible that it is being shorted heavily and a bounce will happen when the short positions get covered.

Also in danger of falling out of the FTSE250. Next review is 10th March and PVCS is currently below the automatic exit line. Suggest it would be bad news if it were to drop out.
