If they prove up what the “indications”, I believe the size quality will will us a fair price. What number is not worth guessing anymore as FOG seems to indicate there may be some ghosts. But, BS in at 9-10 cent average, I m comfortable in time my grandchildren or hopefully me will be pleased. Thanks for your kind words. POODS

Bingo, I told POQ and asked someone to relay my thoughts to the board. Seems through the “grapevine” I message maybe topical at the board meeting. Let’s hope.

I’ve added a new doctor as my cardiologist has retired. Some of you will get a kick out of a comment she made about my medications. She said “are you aware your XYZ pills were recently discovered in a glass vessel next to a mummy! Maybe there is something better and she recommended me stop taking it because most its effect is included in another I already take. Sometimes change can be good, like in this case, a pill, which brings to mind FOG management. Best wishes this turn into something worth the drama. POODS

As I can , will stay in touch, but suffered a slight stroke while fly fishing yesterday. Wasn’t thinking FOG ; rather, the first fish of day an 8” rainbow. Of course released it to play with its mates. POODS

We are of the same mind. His purchase of FOG shares, may or may not be a good. POQ is probably not needed in BS’s mind, but how he deals with I have no idea. But, POQ has been on a very generous payroll, which perhaps someone on the board can explain. My fingers are crossed for my grandkids as increasingly my prediction I’ll be dead before the shares reward is is looking bleaker by the day. Win some; lose some.

Very nice letter; couldn’t say it better. Some weeks ago I told POQ my thoughts in fewer and shorter words than you did so eloquently. He has had his ups and downs and frankly when he has tried to “promote” in the past, the share rallied briefly before crashing!

He’s had his share of obstacles, but his obsession in playing golf while collecting an obscene salary is squarely an abuse of fiduciary responsibility by our board, who should probably be replaced, but I’m not certain of the factors why they do what they do.

I suspect the dilution is not over and the ultimate price we receive, if we don’t filed for bankruptcy, will be disappointing. Wounded ducks, rarely fly again. Let’s hope BS is an honorable and good veterinarian with wounded ducks. Quack, quack. POODS

I can only comment based upon what I’ve read or heard over the years from other shareholders.

The share price overall shows the level of disgust FOG shareholders have in POQ, is greater than the truth of the test results. BS could care less as it plays into his hand whenever he adds to his FOG holdings. As much as I resent POQ at times, the board is at fault in not stating in legal filings, POW’s salary is 90% compensation for his golf expertise, apparently available to any shareholder if you pay for the round.

I thought I would mention while, slowly still adding to my position, this last financing in part is the result of our “yesmen” board of directors. POQ has done a few good things, but inherited the only decent part of the mess Bruner left behind with the exception of a great property and 2 unknown ones.

If POQ had listened and done a financing years ago when FOG traded above $0.25 and the board realizing POQ and themselves basically “caretakers “, there would still be funds to have completed our full commitment in my opinion.

POQ has an appropriate option incentive that potentially rewards him if Briner’s contributions prove salable.

I suggested he be compensated at about $200,000 for the couple weeks a year he needs to work. Ann is fairly paid for, like POQ caretaking her area of responsibility. In the end our board of directors whose compensation is an enigma to me hold responsibility for where we find ourselves now.

BS with brains and deep pockets and those of us with no other real choice, can only sit in horror. POODS

This is getting interesting again. Philip unfortunately sat on his hands the one time a number of years we had a decent chance to build cash reserves.

I’m not sure when there is any news coming but if BS is buying shares, I guessing he is not expecting us to file for bankruptcy. By continuing to average down, he is setting himself up for a windfall if a real player makes a bid for the company. On the other hand, more positive drilling results generate further proof of enormity of this asset. POODS

For what it’s worth I tried buying another 500,000 shares yesterday and only got 88,500 shares. Do you think POQ was competing with me? A little morning humor there!

POQ has done many good things and been well-compensated. BUT, he’s ignored for too long and now too late my suggested reverse split that would have instantly made FOG investable for smaller institutions and in the U.S., investors precluded due to a price below $5-10, depending on individual firm requirements.

Fortunately, there’s a chance God is looking out for us or BS or others may buy us for a pittance.

Frustrating but perhaps worth adding few more shares. POODS
