All-
When I worked in corporate finance a long, long time ago, part of my job description was what was called in effect "what if". Yes, my curious mind seemingly came up with many scenarios that might affect the project we were considering. In reading comments this morning, a "what if" scenario popped into my mind. "What if" in fact the shares in bankruptcy have legally been released for sale? Also, trading is / has been unusually quiet in part because no news and the persistence of selling, at least that is the way the shares trade. Given the quiet of late, my "guess" is POQ may be a member of a group trying to purchase the block of shares out of bankruptcy? If in fact that is the case, it makes sense to not say anything until a trade is made. Now Origin could possible in know and have expressed interest in buying the shares. If that were the case, frankly, there is no reason to let POQ in on the trade. The question to me is price and in the end probably will not mean too much after a short period of trading. The odds are in our favor the buyers will be informed of whatever is legally available. So, for my two cents and since the shares are about where I have wanted to start buying, I am going to be start on a "scale down" basis to purchase when so moved. The investment risk seems to be drilling is delayed into 2020, I give relatively low odds, given what we I have read on this chatboard. So, again good luck to all.
