Have the board said anything about moving off AIM - maybe I have missed it?
The counter argument is still that there plenty other shares go up significantly on AIM.

Again, should be going in the right direction now. Financially secure, lots to look forward to.
Agree with bassguy - will benefit to be an adjustment of expectations i.e. that this can go consistently upwards now.
5% rise per day would see this at 17p by next Tuesday. Easy enough ;p

Not worried particularly about the SP now. More importantly - the company needs to somehow reassure/engineer that the SP will not be facing a similar situation (large seller) this time next year. If that uncertainty remains it will be a drag on any rise.

Slightly suspicious it is being kept intentionally around 13p-13.5p. Moderately optimistic that it will mysteriously start rising again fairly soon.

Yes, a little RNS around now / early next week would be nice timing. Either way, we are much closer to the real take-off.

Got some at 14.00p. Whenever whoever stops the funny games, it will be going straight up again. Already proven above 15p,

I want to like this company and have been in and out. The focus is on a niche market. I think the Extreme E approach sends mixed environmental messages, and plays to the ‘boys with their toys’ impression. They need a rethink on strategy and marketing imho.

PS I will be 30% down on a 12p opening (and I guess some others maybe more), so I will be expecting an instant increase of at least 50%

That would go with my initial feeling that this is a good thing to find inside the shell - medium term gain, rather than instant, but possibly large gains ultimately. Main advantage that we have got early entry, that may be more difficult for others if placing access is restricted/oversubscribed.

Will try to learn more about this company and the resource - we have at least 6 weeks to wait for more substantive news it seems.

And from Alexios’s calculations initial £20.57M MCap. So the calculation is:
(Current total value of your shares at 0.6p) * X / 20.57,
where X is the MCap at which the market will really value this company. KLK assuming that X will be at least £172M ?earlier rather than later. I have no feel for the value of X. Interested in other more expert thoughts.

So, my simple reading/understanding (newby in RTOs).

CML have access to interesting/valuable resource - titanium & zirconium ores, garnet only 3m below the ground. They have not got to extraction & money-making status - 1M dollar loss on a turnover of nil in 2019/20. Been going a little while - interview with MF on Youtube from 2017. Listing and placing is of benefit to them.
KLK must view that this is a big "goer" to be worth at least £1 (= 5p now) in due course, without much effort...
Both issue and placing will be at 12p though (= 0.6p now).
Bits missing:
- what advantage do we have have over placing purchasers?
- will the placing shares be offered to existing shareholders specifically?
- some other simple mechanism where KLK/we benefit that I am missing?
Otherwise, it seems very interesting, but not instant champagne.

See if any big delayed sells appear later. Possibly still some GS dregs left. That would still be good news as a would indicate likely easier rises once fully released.

I can't work it out either. 12-15p post-consolidation etc, would be the same as now pre-consolidation? So needs a calculation where it comes back at 60p that I can't see. Not getting too excited either way. What will be will be now.

Very interesting to see what happens. First one of these I have invested in. Have 1.8M shares currently. I'll probably keep the wife either way.

Main interest is in BMN, but I have put some in here (previously, and today) as seems to have lots of potential for up one way or another.

Need to see one or two big buys go through with no counter-response. Looking promising though.
