Total speculation DL. They have not sold at any point below 10.50 that I have seen. Tomorrow will be interesting, as has been today.

Looks like £800K (GS) sells in the last hour. Expecting this will be over earlier than anticipated.

Once someone says ‘there are only ~4-5M GS shares predicted left’ they will probably be sold very quickly. Sale ends soon as they say.

Presumably the current 9 top share holding companies aren’t best pleased either. HL seem to have bought a few more though.

Feeling very positive. Not noticed the seller ever trade <10.50, and should be out soon enough. Imagine 3 months of ~750K-1.25M daily sells suddenly no longer there. Also not many people in profit to sell out early. That should be recipe for quick and sustained rise. Plus any contract news, vanadium price rise etc. It is going to be interesting to see if it starts before or after the end of this month. bw.

Yes, feels like it wants to go through 0.08. Just need to clear out a few at that threshold.

Quite a few biggish buys coming in this pm. Not that the seller has apparently gone, but at least will help to hasten the departure.

The relatively high spread doesn’t make short-term trading likely to be the most profitable for this share, assuming a generally rising sp.

Thanks. Yes, I noted that 11/9/20 was the date that the 3% threshold was passed, but wasn't sure if 18/9/20 @ 2.98% represented the actual % when the report was issued. Just an estimate anyway.

Similar observation. The first time I noted and commented on the big sells was 21/7/20. They sold 31 million shares in about 8 weeks to the report on 18/9/20. So, about 4 million per week average, or about 800K per trading day. They had 34 million left on 18/9/20 , then that would last them another 9 weeks from 18/9/20 at the same rate i.e. around 20/11/20. Again, DYOR - this could be completely wrong, or they could decide to stop early, or they could be transferring A->B and then decide to start transferring back B->A (worst case scenario, I don't believe). As we have no idea what they are thinking, there is no way to be sure. My view remains that the seller is the only reason of any relevance to the SP since July.

Gradual is rise better. Too many looking to sell on moderate (overall insignificant) spikes.

My guess is whoever emailed the presumed seller didn't get a reply. From the patterns I think just straight selling, rather than transfer. That would be a better outcome for sure.

Limit orders are tricky on Barclays for this share as the platform only allows numbers to two decimal places! Anyway topped up some at 0.068 on an immediate trade this afternoon.

Positive - Fewer Duferco shares, reduced concern
Negatives - loss and loan. Agree, not big issues considering the year we are in and the future potential growth.
Mixed - Share price is so low that small-fry selling was unlikely today
Mixed - Big seller/transferrer is not apparently finished (top irritation for me), but once they hopefully stop the sp should go to a more representative level irrespective of any news.
Overall, looks like a good day considering all of that.
