We ..EUA ..as a company are about to leap into AIM history with the deal of a lifetime not before heard of on AIM ..of that I’m sure.
Even Covid19 or the Russian conflict seems to cause a retrograde step in our progress to achieve a sale of the business.
Every RNS informs us in some shape or form contains positive details of personnel engaged to move the deal forward…the latest ..to me ..suggests finalallity..the last little bits by an independent guy proven and a expert in the M & A field..ask yourself WHY HIM?

Mac is right you do not suspend for no reason …so bod/ nomad had just cause to suspend..
Possible leak, who knows but with investigation and given all clear ..hence resumption of trading. So all business is going on, making a profit etc..etc ..etc

Hi guys n gals ..whilst I sit here contemplating my future, not bad for an octogenarian:-))
Always find research both interesting and rewarding but am interested in finding a source for directors deals…I.e. who is buying what.
Are there any sources easily available ..i.e. London stock exchange? or possibly a web site, app etc
Would appreciate any advice from those more knowledgeable than myself..thank you.
Ref EUA..this will be the deal in my view…bod will not walk away with nowt after 20 yrs and
so heavily invested..Russia won’t grab the asset ,,and risk going back 100 yrs as has been muted.

Morning all..pretty sure most if not all LTH’s were expecting this rns.
Possibly with leaks from other companies involved when informing their companies..just a thought..could lead to lots of volatility etc.
plus cannot see our bod with substantial holdings and have put in a lifetime or work just walking away from this with nowt.
My thoughts are deal done…divi due and sp rise accordingly on reopening…the $ amount is anyones guess.
I don’t think this will be a long suspension though..as I say ..just my thoughts which I am entitled to.

Just in case you thought I’d disappeared from the scene think again
Well guys here I am.. know you’ve been asking about me so just thoughts I’d give you my thoughts.
One..we, as Eua, are in limbo due to current world situation..so bod’s have hands tied behind their backs …hence no news. We will be informed as and when.6
Two.. we are still mining and generating income to support company activities
Three.. we have a vast amount of valuable minerals to be mined which the world needs.
My personal view is that we as EUA have an incredibly good future.
