The main point for me is re the deal and it will happen ..I’m convinced of that..
Otherwise why..WHY are the M&zam deal makers still here.. pretty sure the deals, and I believe there are a few have a sale price attached and what is happening now is the fine detail..
Which given the many aspects for sale and the complexity involved will create paperwork you would not believe…and that takes time..I’m happy with the bod …ok communication would help but we do not know what constraints they are under..they have never let us down so give them space..they will come good..anyone not happy can always walk..nowt stopping you..but me

Hi Peak good to see you back..like you I tend to stay away and not get involved in trash .
I done my research and follow the bb for more info or ideas but am happy with my investment here.
Also respect your posts and you have pointed me in direction of my research so thank you for that.

Ok so BOD are quiet..pretty normal. What I and most, if not all, LTH’s will have in mind is that BOD are big shareholders and have on many occasions stated there aim includes increasing shareholder value.
That’s good enough for me. What will be will be..we have no control whatsoever so sit back and be patient. Gla ..pompey

@ohmni.. cheers matey don’t worry ..life goes on my friend ..there are others worse off than me for whom I have the greatest respect. Had my first hip op at 48 ..completely wrecked ..osteoarthritis..
Football at B’ham city at 15, Golf off 10 moved south..judo black, chair at boys football club..referee (Hampshire badge) and now can’t walk 10 yards …so what…now artist, shareholder research….Local men’s shed (WI for guys..no knitting:-))) ..) never give up my friends..that’s me which is why I’m still here with all you other great LTH’s….my best share ever for both prospects and the great folk on here …..forget the doubters they won’t be at our celebration party will they.

My goodness don’t know about getting on at nearly 80 must accept I’ve got on..given our 3 score years and ten I’m 10 years past both my sell by date and certainly my best before date..hey ho not to worry.
Don’t really need the money just enjoy the game and this great bb so will enjoy giving money to kids and a few local charities missus wants another motor (automatic) knees shot kneeling on hard floor praying for that elusive rns :-)) plus a new kitchen

Risk / Reward

Ok guys we have a few sceptical folk on here.quick to slay EUA
So let me put this up for discussion….I put the risk reward ratio at
Risk 10% / Reward 90% based on what? Well
Reward ..we have:-
1..BOD …we have in our BOD an incredibly high level of experience and expertise in business management and for me that is critical in any company I invest in.
2..Operating efficiency..ok a small point but critical for an AIM listed company..generating income and NO debt.
3…Holding Assets…EUA have approved assets galore ..some to JORC tier 1 level standard ..of high value and much sought after in view of the current green energy climate.
4…Sale of Assets (some) being handled by world class companies with personnel having extensive M&A expertise/experience.
5..EUA have high level of contact with Russian government bodies plus
contacts in both Japan, China, Europe and the Americas…..essential for a progressive business .
6…Other..sure some of you guys will let me know if I’ve missed anything

The above is a brief summary of my research, a lot due to information posted on here by some great people whom I thank so much.

Risk..well 10% …I’ll leave that to the naysayers….will give them something to do over the weekend …..me? personally I see no risk
