Morning all..just back from a lovely beach stroll including bacon bap + coffee lovely…
just looking at dividend payout
I presume deal is done and we can expect announcement soon
I also believe, please correct me if at fault, that we will be required to vote and will get notification of a general meeting.
Will the ex- dividend date be the gm date and if so payment date could be two months later?…your advice please guys.
I today’s daily Mail it gives examples of ex- divi date and payout date
difference being 2 months generally.
Normally not keen on January but I’ve got a feeling this will be one to remember gla..pompey

Done deal

In my opinion the sale is complete..why ?
I believe the bod have agreed on a value which is acceptable and will
provide a fair reward for their efforts over the years. It will provide funds to further their chosen future albeit retirement or new ventures.
It will also provide funds for future company expansion i.e. into EUA v2 or maybe other company activities and also give the company a solid financial base.
Finally as shareholders themselves they will have kept there promise to all, including, us lowly..but important shareholders by significantly increasing value in the company by way of dividends and increased share value plus a company going forward.
I say IMHO, of course, that the deal is done and will be put to shareholders very soon now.. possibly days.
I believe the EUA deal will be the talk on AIM for years to come and an example to all LTH’s everywhere of patience, research and having a positive bulletin board such as ours.

Think it’s been said before and I agree with Mac 20% related to EUA v2..but the very fact it is that little or even less than that suggests to me that the sale value is massive..how much I won’t even guess at but to my mind it’s far more than $3bn …but that’s only my guess wether or not you agree is entirely up to you. Most rns’s have held a clue of some sort..even though our great BODs have kept professionally shtum, the latest rns tells me sale done hence ability to suggest % dividend knowing the balance will fund future operations. Soon be singing “I’m in the money”dah da dah da..:-))) gla …pompey
