The thing for me is the change from credible party to BUYER
especially with dd done and confirmed in writing.
Given we have interest from other parties the bod are suggesting,
Don’t mess about we know what we have and it’s value.
Pretty sure jorc figures are available to bidders as dd done.

Hi guys and gals..what a fascinating time we are in…let’s look at what could be happening…
1. From today’s rns we have company ‘A’ having completed dd , with jorc figures available, putting a bid on the table ..maybe..for our bod to consider.
2. We have other companies, who will also have knowledge of jorc detail to also support their bid. For whatever part of Eua they want..putting their bid on the table.
3. We have experts and experienced people in our BODs segregated from the main board to negotiate this deal supported by DLA piper etc as advisers only. Our bod will make the final decision as to what they advise/recommend to us shareholders .
4. The length of time it is taking to conclude negotiations is simply due to the complexity of the parts for sale, who wants what and for how much. The jorc is the icing on the cake because all will now be aware of what we really have to sell….pay up or shut up.
5. I’m a poker player …love the game..but would hate looking across the table into the eyes of our bod , smile on their faces, intimating it’s your bid friend. Oh to be a fly on the wall.
6. Ok we still have to negotiate the financing etc but nowt to stop bod informing us and the market of what we have going for us.
7. Ian I believe my original sp price was £1-60 I’m thinking that’s a taj low. I’m leaning towards Rowka’s £3 plus now especially given a possible bidding war.
8. Finally, I simply cannot believe that the make up of our bod given the high calibre, experience and expertise will allow them to negotiate a deal for less than what we are entitled to.
9. This deal will be the talk of aim for years to come, mark my words, folk will reflect saying. Do you remember EUA..we surely will.Gla pompey

Actually on Hayling Island but near enough son and family in north end so down there often enough. Moved here from brummie land over 50 years ago best move of my life.
