. Oak valuation based on 'very conservative' 420usd/mcf

. US rates could easily be in range 500 to 1000usd/mcf and possibly in the 1000 to 1500usd/mcf range, eg in an export scenario.

. Near term cashflow potential

. Accretive rather than dilutive approach being taken by hex, eg Rudyard.

. Not remote, rather a developed location

. Standard o&g approach to drilling at which US a leader

. Standard well top engineering plant. Nothing novel required.

. Increasing demand for helium (exponential was used?) and that rates will be maintained if not increase in years to come. A scenario of 10 to 20% increase in supply will not impact upon these rates because of exponentially increasing demand. There is no modern technology without helium (paraphrase/summary but that was the point made).

. The valuation is conservative and could be higher.

. I think the article a bit light on downside risks, but it did talk about the high suitability of BS and DM to the Project.

1. Cmets decision to end exclusivity with LB Group because 'opportunity set had broadened'. Given this would have been a 100% jv/offtake, is this decision now seen by Cmet as being a strategic blunder?

2. Who is the potential funding partner(s) now and at what stage are negotiations currently?

3. Who has agreed to buy and consume the minerals?

4. What is new target month and year for revenue?

5. Is the Oluvil port lease now finalised? If so, what are start date and duration?

6. We have read news articles that whilst the port is accessible to fishing vessels, cargo bulk transporters may be unable to use? Is this the case and if so, what options are being pursued to address this?

7. Should we be concerned SL will revoke the licenses because of potential delays/perceived lethargy. For example is there a risk it could ask Government owned Lanka Mineral Sands to step in and take them over?

Xel, SL is well located geographically and in terms of access to markets and capital. The licenses are in an economic generation zone and are, we're informed, well endowed with readily accessible minerals which, we understand, are in demand, and yet a 100% mou with LB has evaporated and Shefield's going going gone. We do know everything's in the price, and when it's dropping like this, investment's flowing alright, but elsewhere, sadly. Something doesnt add up. This project should be like falling off a log, yet there's posters on here talking about delisting and takeover, understandably. Imho cmet's fluffing its lines. If you're still holding, good luck though and I wish you every success.

Just a matter of time before SL Gov steps in and withdraws the licenses, sadly. Wouldn't you in their position? Greg's not exactly the greatest judge of a busienss partner. LB and now Sheffield on the rocks. This organisation is one giant sh.i.t magnet imho.

Warrants incentivise the bod, improve performance and bring cash into the organisation. Preferrable to options surely, because the organisation doesn't get a cash benefit from options. All organisations have warrants or options. If you dont like dilution dont do aim. Nothing to see here. Q3 next week. Buy the dips.

Triple, he1's a risky investment and the hnws offered the private placing shares wouldn't have bought them without a substantial discount that they could cash in on by selling them to us on next move up towards EWT results. That way, regardless of the EWT results, they get their money back, and some! Unfortunately, us PIs are playing in a rigged market.

Particularly interesting on vid the option possibly being considered to drill Rudyard first. Would make a lot of sense as brings on cash flow earlier.

Interesting comparing he1 with msmn. Latter has two free carries through drilling, admittedly for percentage of workings, but the resource in aus is so massive it's still more than enough. That's some serious instie commitment. I'd like to see he1 doing more like msmn and hex, but perhaps they can't because the COS at their Tanz plays are so low? The biggest plus about he1 in my view is it's a very fashionable share and it will spike, and soon. GLA.
