Hi Gampy, I don't think anyone knows to be honest. I would say though that should the prospectus not detail a specific acquisition, and just repeat the mantra of the last 3 years that theyre continuing to look for one (yawn), then I for one would struggle to see what use the prospectus would be over the rns' we've had. Here's hoping for an actual acquisition/rto, though, although temporarily anonamised perhaps and subject to DD.

Very exciting prospect this co. Do we know the prospectus is required to name an actual acquisition company?

Presumably, the prospectus is now submitted to FCA as the co was in the process of doing so on 22nd May according to last rns. A gm will be announced anyday now to approve admittance of the 111m placing shares, approval which could be conditional upon FCA approval of prospectus if that approval is not granted when gm takes place. All well and good. A query for those more knowledgeable than me: is the prospectus required to identify the name of the fintech acquisition, or can it just repeat a continued intention to seek such an acquisition, which the co has actually been doing for a few years now? Hoping it's the former, of course. If the latter, can't see the point of the prospectus?

Intrigued by this co and may take a position, but struggling to get past that it's been meaning to acquire something for the last 3 or 4 years, so far as I can see? Apologies if I misunderstand. Or perhaps we're buying into our equivalent of RN and CPAI, and news of an acquisition is imminent. GLA.

Expecting more detail on the strategy at the 2nd June dial-in, eg short and medium term actions within the 5-year strategy. We're in at basement level here, let along ground floor. There'll be alot of demand for these shares and HMG won't be able to get away with giving all government funding/opportunties to the big boys, even if they wanted to. Whether the big boys like it or not, some of it's going to come our way. Plus, we could collaborate/sub contract with the likes of Raytheon, or an alliance.

Strategy for growth across UK and Europe. Like the exceptionally strong retail demand part too "Retail demand for information on the Company's plans has been exceptionally strong..." Gonna be big.

Subject to dd, board currently comprises: Ian Stockbridge as board member, James Norwood as NE Chairman, Ian Yarwood Lovett as Indie NED, and Derek Lew as NED. Who's going to be CEO/MD and CFO, I wonder? More appointments to follow then news on the innovative agenda. Exciting to be in at foundation stage.

Must confess, I have been very doubtful about charts and candlesticks and the like, especially with mineral and pharma cos where you get these binary apocalyptic rns' following, eg spud, like 'hey, guess what, all that o&g we thought was down there is actually just wind and urine'. But, increasingly, and I think with cos like cpai and alrt and the like, where they are more masters of their own destiny, I believe they have a roll to play, and I for one am increasingly receptive to a good quality technical update,but only as a supplement to the fundamentals. Further, I would always welcome an Ichimoko Cloud update, weekly and daily, from someone who really understands it. Think we should be more open to an occasional technical update for an inclusive and fully informed board, even if many are sceptical and take it with a sack of salt. Fundamentals have primacy though.
