Pre revenue companies raise finance through ipo, placings and warrants mostly, and as long as finance is used for business development and getting to revenue, and not to fund lifestyles, then I'm all for them. Of course, I prefer them at a premium, but break even or slight discount also fine for an LTH. I remain convinced we won't see one before Hussar results, but afterwards, for field development and MW, they are appropriate and necessary. GL!
