RE: Reality Check5 Dec 2025 10:51
OSD, this year has been a massive anticlimax, as far as I’m concerned. We hit 0.13 in February, with a lot of optimism coming out of the company. We’re now sat at 0.046 to sell.
The two corporate updates, beginning of May and September, both contained the same ‘in discussions’ waffle. DH was then pretty prolific on social media May/June, with apparent contracts with majors ‘about to be signed.’ Then roll on September update - no contracts signed, just discussions. CIQ testing with majors allocated at the end of the month. Two and a half months on and not a word on that which can only mean nothing came of it. This year, we’ve not had one RNS informing us that we’ve won a single contract. Not one. Despite all of Halleys fluff.
He also added, in the funding update, ‘move into 2026 anticipating profitability at an operating level (before central overheads) across all of our subsidiaries’. Even that is fluff, when it really means we’re not profitable at all. And we know what that will mean.
Sorry, with failure on this one. I don’t trust Halley at all, now and will be selling on the next slight spike - if that ever happens.
