It baffles me that people don't understand the significance of the auditors leaving.
it means they have completed there business with widecells, done there final audit, it is probably the best signal you could get that iconic is ready to be given the green light.
nothing has happened that hasn't been said needed to happen ie the legacy issues they must now be done.

I would assume that it would be the auditors for the former Widecells business and iconic would then appoint there own .
