the problem how many rightly see it is if the bod's intentions were to private , not appointing a Nomad is the simplest way of doing it .
not that i think that will be the case .

they could well have agreed a deal with a Nomad but also agreed a date for them to commence work so therefore nothing is signed as yet . another way of delaying the notification and return to market . just another thought .

exactly Sheltie , i normally dont bother checking closing price until 1700 to be certain as the auctions and delays etc just seems easier .
