I remember the DM interview with him beaming about the 'failed' drill and the comments from all on here stating the discovery was all but made but they couldn't announce it due to drill breakages

The civil's work is substantial from the images on twitter and supplied via satellite image by those on here, i work in groundwork's and civil engineering in the UK, those works are indeed for more than just a single or multi drill program, they are preparing for the longer term, the question being, is that affordable without a discovery - well maybe we can afford it because the discovery part was done in 2021, they just need a casing installed to extract it this year.

Who knows what background off takers will appear in October this year out of NDA's signed in 2022, this share could turn around very quickly indeed.

So under the non binding terms of the LOI we have issued them a rectification notice, which under a non binding LOI is also non binding and useless.

They must be stupid.

Interesting to understand another company perspective on the Chile government position too. Loaded up another 20k shares this morning, the next 2-3 months news flow sounds like it will be strong, Gordon clearly knows an indication of whats coming from the resource upgrades and you can hear that in his speaking.

Firstly anything the EU says is 'soon' isnt. But that's me, the EU sceptic.

It's also asked members for and ADDITIONAL €65b today. So yeah.

It's debt repayments are also ridiculous, maybe if these states, real or bureaucratic didn't waste so much these critical mineral deposits wouldn't struggle to raise capex so often.

Secondly, the EU doesn't purchase anything in and of itself. Member states do. Being a facilitator of those transactions is needless bureaucracy.

If the MOU is strategic, then it does not apply to CTL ... Right?

If the fund is €200m then what will that be for, as CTL LV capex is over twice that amount. They should have made it €2b and done something properly for a change

I was musing this ASX listing and the Mcap drop from March time.

Conspiratorial thinking a little but here it is...

Mr Baverstock being a seller of a large amount of shares banks a large amount of profit, being AUS based the profits garnered may now be used to buy in a large amount of shares via ASX?

No idea if true or if possible that there is a benefit.

Stacks up with director investment lifting the Mcap again though once the ASX listing comes through.

There are also many mining experts in AUS that may see the opportunity here to get in relatively early .

Not without its risks still in getting to production but the company is following a clearly defined pathway. Without fluff from what i can see. Anyone who has followed from day one will understand that the company has put in pace a robust plan of execution and there has been, if anything, an ever improving outlook from an already positive start position on resources and board expertise.

Regards CTL own power demands, Aldo will have someone in his personal phone book that can sort the power supply to Laguna Verde no doubt, all costs already factored into reported Capex. Not a particularly huge scheme for power lines. (unlike the LKE 500km line needed)

Also lets not forget the Geothermal power possibilities from the reported brine temperatures from LV being recorded as more than ideal for DLE operation.

Steve K has done this all before, raised all required funds, more than once.

Gordon also well experienced in the fund raises now supported by Maha too.

On some fronts comparible with LKE but from a board point of view, seems to me to be a class apart.

Realistically a drop in today's price may be attributed to LKE news today, lengthy delays to their DLE production may have had others selling today as CTL have often referred to LKE as a comparable

The difference being we have a somewhat competent board with history of delivering projects.

Understandable fears on CapEx funds from investors, they will always b there until they are proven.

Very little shares trading hands today, maybe reading too much into it.

Aldo's comment on flow rate from one well being sufficient to maintain 4000t per annum of lithium is akin to $100m revenue... Every year for over 30 years. From one well point.

The team at CTL know what they are doing, have displayed that since IPO evidently to me, the government position is clarified enough for me, go green or go away, remembering that CTL is still a relatively infant company, we will see in 2025-6 where we land in production...

Another 10,000 shares will be worth having when Albemarle come and buy the company at a valuation of around £5bil (gross undervaluation i might add)

Something like a £30/ per share gain. 3-5 years horizon.

A similar bid went to Liontown - who knows what the giants will need in DLE tech expertise going forward.

Not to bang on about share price but back into the 30's is bizarre.
