And then there are much more serious retail holders with actually chunky holdings who need confidence and have commitment that this will be very good (such as the people who have declared)

This vital. Information makes it more likely that

1.shorts are toast (as we are committed not to sell and wait this out)
2. The material. Holding allied to a kelso (in dialogue with) makes it more likely we will not be selling shares for anything low ball when the bids start to come in
3.a lot of people (including me) are taken aback by just how large our holdings are so it's actually much more concentrated than initially thought. 20m shares over 100 investors is very notable vs say 20m shares over 1000 investors
