How much is STOB exposed to? Loans to Connect Airways Ltd were GBP33,888,000 (2018: GBPnil) at the year end.

MP, I may be wrong but I think under company law Parkmead wouldn't be permitted to pay a dividend due to the £39m retained deficit on the balance sheet. Why do you suppose the company doesn't spell this out? Instead their reason is..

"Due to Parkmead's ongoing growth opportunities and associated investment programme, the Board is not recommending the payment of a dividend"!

I see your point NH. I suppose if I bought a house and the details were still on the estate agents site 18 months later, and people were nattering about it, then it wouldn't be unreasonable for me to ask them to take it down. But I do think it likely they were asked to.

NH, the Tipperty Farm information had remained on the Savills site for 18 months after the sale was completed. It's where Tom Winnifrith & Co found the information about the asking price and the Muirden Energy option on the two wind turbines.

Parkmead's office is 4 Queen's Terrace. Savills is 5 Queen's Terrace. All it needed was a shout through the wall.

Tipperty Farm was offered for sale in 2017 (possibly earlier) through Savills for offers in excess of £3.8m.

Pitreadie Farm bought it in March 2018 for £4.9m.

Up until the end of last week it was possible to view the sales information on the Savills site. It's now been taken down. How strange is that?

One possibility is £1.5m went on buying Tipperty Farm (which cost about £5m with the help of the £3.6m BoS loan) and perhaps £1m on development at Pitreadie Farm (through Linda’s development company).

That’s just speculation. If the company kept shareholders informed we wouldn’t need to speculate.

Parkmead have now acquired Pitreadie Farm (including Tipperty Farm) for £8.5m.

This may all be part of a big cunning plan. Why not explain it to shareholders?

PMG are lent (unsecured?) £2.9m to a business at the same time as the business repaid £2.9m to Tom and Linda Cross. In my book, that's effectively a loan to Tom & Linda.

How would it look for the company to be lending money to a director who then uses the money to buy shares in the company?

I know it's AIM, where virtually anything goes. but how would it be if Tom were to buy shares in PMG, at the same time as PMG are lending him £2.9m (via EMA Ltd)?

Volume at close is due to promotion to FTSE 250 taking effect. FTSE250/350 funds were buying, Small Cap funds selling.

Statement today isn't as bad as yesterday's action suggested. I now thinking a hold rather than a sell!

I wouldn't be surprised to see further growth through acquisition, funded by share issue.

I think the UT volume was mostly due to the MSCI relegation from the Small Cap index to the Micro Cap index. Tracker funds will have been making their holdings adjustments. That may also account for the share price fall since the MSCI made the announcement after close on 13 November.

Of course, there may be more to today's rise than just that.
