Hamish, it was made clear by Brian at the fire side chats and on the last two RNS's that we will only get news at casing points and TD. There will not be an on-going commentary of drill depths reached .

Fingers and toes crossed it all goes smoothly.

DD, what approx drill rate would you estimate they are achieving? Would 85-100m /day be a fair assumption?

Back of the fag packet calculations for timings:

Assuming 85m / day drill rate (based on TD 2980 in 35days), first casing point at 450m will be in 5 days from start of drill. Then a further 21 days to get to TOL @2240m (I'm assuming that's the Tagi), then Paleozoic 9 days after that depending upon how long it takes to secure casing points.
with the 45 day schedule i.e 66m/day, 7 days for first casing point, then TOL day 34 and TD 11 days later.
Obviously, just my rough calls, more than happy to be corrected from anybody more in the know.
Such an amazing opportunity and incredibly exciting.

Personally, I think the site visit was timed to coincide with the scheduled spud date note the other way round. These guys are professional and would have a clear schedule of their planned set-up.

I'm not losing faith in JP or his BOD. I think that the SP being heavily manipulated and the delays and news blackout is part of the bigger picture. We have been told time and time again that this would happen and that we, as shareholders, would be the last to know anything. Our discoveries at TE-6 and TE-7 should have underpinned the SP at a much higher level than this but without the GSA the market is unable to put a figure on that. As a % of the overall shares in circulation, the amount being traded daily is tiny and therefore easier for the SP to be manipulated by shorters. We have a great Company here , with a great Geo team and BOD. Be patient and keep the faith.

I like the sound of that scenario too. I think anyone that thinks that they will be able to jump in at the last minute are deluded. As a private investor you just won't be able to buy if TE-9 is successful.
Personally, I'm more than loaded up and ended up buying more last week even though I'd reached my holdings target. No brainer really.
