I'm guessing highly educated... But never achieved the salary that you believe your education deserved? Perhaps saw your peers attain greater professional achievements and renumeration? Or is it that your still smarting from your £20k loss? Must smart in retirement?

Hence the painful need to appear knowledgeable on this board.

TFE: it's not complicated... Check with HMRC or Companies House, and the net assets of Vardar are posted at the end of each financial year. Based on our (BEM) investment, cash burn and our ROI (if you want to even call it that) is quite clear. I don't need good luck...

Not forgetting that BEM have been investing in Vardar for the last 3-years, with each investment made to fund 'drilling'. The last investment being £1m of our money to fund 3400m of drilling -Not a lot of holes or bang for our buck.

And yes Pabslabs, we know RNS cost money... The point being we should reasonably expect some news... Otherwise what do they, the board, actually do on a day to day basis?

We don't exactly have a lot to show for our not too considerable investment in Vardar do we? Potential aside...

I'm looking forward to Vardar filing their accounts by the 22nd September 2022 for the financial year ending 31st December 2021. Should give an idea as to their cash burn, bearing in mind we put another cheeky million in during March 2022 and up until that point they haven't even been drilling. Where does the cash go...

£1,000,000 for 3400m of drilling works out at £294 a metre... That's good going.

RNS: Beowulf Mining PLC is delighted to announce a further £200,000 investment in Vardar Minerals Limited for approximately 1% equity in the business. The monies will be used to pay Director salaries, for elevenses, and long boozy lunches. The investment represents an excellent opportunity for the transfer of wealth from the poor long suffering shareholders to the Board, which quite frankly, is too good an opportunity to miss. Shareholders will be updated further when the Vardar coffers are empty and we need more brass.

The SP is a concern, because like it or not, when as opposed to if, finance is raised, it will be at a discount to the SP at the time the deal is done. That's a fact.

So, let's get this straight...

Firstly, I/We should expect absolutely nothing less than BEM progressing their side of things. That is what they are paid to do. It's the bare minimum.

Secondly, the fact that the decision-makers, sadly in our case Politicians, will be in a state of political flux (again), is not a positive thing.

I believe so... And then a few months to form the government, then a few months for the new minister to 'get their head around their new portfolio'. It's 2018 all over again. History repeated... BEM get rinsed.
