It might be that your account, such as Barclays, is participating, but it's not clear. Its most likely that UK investors are on their own...

The investment increases the Company's ownership in Vardar from 59.5 per cent to 61.1 per cent approximately. This funding will be used to start preparations for the 2023 exploration programme."

So that £250k isn't even for the 3500m drilling program commencing in Spring 2023. Its for 'preparations'... Standby for another investment in the next couple of months.

Its a cash drain that the company simply cannot afford.

Vardar is based in a politically unstable country, and is years away from being cash generative.

It was suggested to me that Vardar and Grafintec would assist with newsflow for the company, given the difficulties with Kallak... What a joke to date.

He's valued Vardar at around £15m based on the last £250k spanked. Who in their right mind would invest in Vardar for even a fraction of that? Say the £3.5m invested so far...

He just needs to publish Vardar accounts in full... Except that he knows that he doesn't have to.

There will be some financials in there that are completely unpalatable to most investors.

So there isn't an actual work plan in the RNS. Just a few vague and somewhat contradictory paragraphs about the 'plan' for the next 12-months.

Ironically, the processes that he can control, such as the scoping study are unusually late. And why do we need to wait until Q2 for the next work to commence?

He appeared to be completely blindsided by the issuance of the exploitation permit - That's how much faith he had.

There does not appear to be any work plan. Just random amounts of funds attributed to Kallak and Finland. Vardar is noticeably absent in that RNS, but more money will be spanked on that vanity project imminently.

Other than the pitiful drilling in Kosovo, when did the drills actually turn on Kallak?

The whole business is being mismanaged. What I find equally concerning is the lack of financial oversight and critical thinking by investors on this board.
