Slashing the workdays is meaningless. The important matter is slashing the wages he is drawing from the company. I suspect this happened months ago and when they are talking about creditors, they include unpaid directors. DL never said he was working one day a week he said he was cutting his time to 20% of his full-time commitment. So, I suspect they are still negotiating with customers as and when required. The Longest Prefix Matching without TCAM is a major software development for the company or any company for that matter. The patent was only granted in November 2025. Companies trialling it may want to see how it performs over a 12-month period. Hands up admittedly the share price reflects a company going bust next week but I am still optimistic technically wise they are on the right track.

ExMS – Its over if they can’t monetise any of the negotiations they are having regarding their ASIC, PON and ASSP. This is what it all rests on. They are too small to raise any further money should there be one final placing of £125k. DL won’t lend to them again unless he sees a pathway to them paying him back. In anticipation of the company collapsing, it might be why DL has set up his Stealth AI semiconductor company this month. I don’t know. It is my hunch he will do whatever it takes to keep the company afloat when so much is happening with AI and networking.

The year end results must be out on or before 30/06/2026 or its suspension so this is crunch month. To facilitate any going concern statements to cover the next twelve months they need more cash. The dumps still look like the forward selling of 0.0010p placing stock.

Nobody in the Milky Way galaxy can convince me this isn't ENET's chips.

Its not going up because the trading pattern suggests they are forward selling the next placing at 0.0010p. It’s the same pattern as yesterday. Buys in the morning some of them fake to entice PIs then the dumps in the afternoon. Trade 10:49 and 14:10 (45,533,999) is the same MM trying to start a rally then dumping later.

DL may have a smile on his face because from his linkedin page he’s formed a new company called Stealth AI Semiconductor (May 2026). What affect this may or may not have on ENET I have absolutely no idea.

Today’s MM fake rise skaaamm is now complete. All who bought today and still holding are underwater. What’s important to note is how they chop up the placing stock into odd figures like 121,783,332 to give the impression its PIs selling up. You only buy on positive news from the company not on unexplained rises.

I gave you all ample warning about this. The buys are not real. Its MM involved in the placing selling shares to one another at forever higher prices. When a handful of retail investors are suckered in, they start dumping the placing shares. This process is repeated over and over again. Wait for news but don't get involved in these fake rallies.

Not just cheapest semiconductor and space, but cheapest everything and there’s a reason for it. However, I do believe if they can sign a contract for the LPM ASIC their poor fortunes over the last five years can be reversed.

They are converted at 0.004. If the price hits 0.006 for five consecutive days there is a forced conversion at 0.004 for those not already converted.

Warrants are not at 0.006p they are at 0.004p. Don’t get over excited. The MM could be up to their old tricks creating FOMO to dump placing shares. News is what is required not unexplained rises.

Been here too many times before to get excited. Commercial news on their Longest Prefix Matching patent is what will rerate the share price.

168 million at 0.0016p is only £2688.

0.0015p x 533,000,000 = £7995

7995/364000 x 100 = 2.19%

If the buyer has already spent £3k or over at these prices they would already be over the 3% limit.

Its £7.9k. A miniscule amount in the normal scheme of investment but it 2% of the company due to the low market cap. Another 1% and the buyer has to issue a TR1.

Yes there is something going on in the background but the possible forward selling/selling of stock is holding back the price.

Their long prefix matching without the use of TCAM has been patented. This means the US Patent Office considers it novel and can contribute to the advancement of router networking. The issue is will Tier 1 networking companies deploy it. It is being trialled, but none have signed on the dotted line yet. Will the rising cost of energy to power AI networking force their hand?.
