Just completed the corporate actions and been sensible with the excess entitlement, I’m delighted to be involved in an OO where the potential upside is laid out in front of us as clear as day (Follow the trail) I’ve also approved all resolutions, as one would expect. Nothing’s changed here, there is nothing that has materialised that has changed the story. OO has been fully underwritten, large stakeholders taking positions,TR1s will surely follow, local difficulties are being squared away, and LTH are for once looking a gift horse in the mouth through the OO. I’ve no doubt the SP will continue to go up and down like a bed settee but a little short term pain for long term gain is the order of the next few days. Jace said to me a week before the Apr 5 meeting “be optimistic “ when I had a wobble about been shafted by the bod. Few words indeed but well chosen. Carpe Diem

Comparative to days trading when volume has been large I have only observed low volume sells this last week and there hasn’t been many. I expected the SP to drop down Over the last two weeks since OO announced - I think the SP has held up pretty well in the main. I’ll be disappointed if there’s not a bit of positioning closer to the GM meeting. LTH will have taken there position by the 17th. I suspect those not in will be holding off for a lower entry price at the moment. This SP re rates quickly on not a lot of volume do strap yourself in

Aid31 - there’s been a few long waits with this one but we’re finally moving to the point of delivery - start of the beginning. I expect I quite weak volume wise with some extra big buys as we progress near the 21st.

Key I think is not to become obsessed with the final valuation at this stage. It’s a penny stock that will re rate as events unfold. For all LTH there is nice profit to be taken along the way with significant potential upside as flesh gets added to the bones. One step at a time. The Sp will be volatile as that’s how the market will position it - down 7% today on less than a dozen sells??

Defo see those two things happening post GM. Timing of RTO announcement will be interesting. IMO if this admission document which has been previously created for a previous submission to another exchange is fit for purpose then it will have been topped and tailed and ready to go. Assuming that is the case, I suspect shortly after ANtos is on-boarded we will hear shortly thereafter.

FACTS have been spelt out here well. I think the SP has rallied well this week, There was very little volume yesterday or sells to justify a 14% drop but I’m not surprised. Mere suggestion of the most influential person was dumping is absurd. SP will be volatile next week as ppl take positions, spreading hope and fear based on there own agendas. I expect a few more big buys to come in. In the end analysis the SP will rerate substantially. Significant clues in RKB latest posts around shareholders and controlling positions. Just need to sit tight for next week and deal with the vermin , they are coming.

I would have expected prior to OO announcement when SP was circa 0.60 for it to rerate upwards to 100% on news of new director, so not unreasonable to assume the same from whatever position there SP settles prior to then

Shares won’t be available till 24th May. I would expect thereafter the meeting in the 21st and before the 24th details of a new director to be confirmed, as part of the post GM announcements. IMO

Binary bet at the minute that a RTO will happen or not. All known information and positioning IMO points to favourable attempts to do so. I hope the “local difficulty” does get sorted out and they do get the opportunity to take there “get out of jail card” and we can finally move on in “prudent haste” with getting the wee man on the board and the admission document tabled for acceptance. For all LTH remember if you pass GO, collect your OO :)

Today that I can observe with no real values to talk about and down 8%. Expected games for sure from MM. only 7 trading days left till kick off GM. No expectation from me Antos will be on boarded until GM and the OO are concluded. DD, KYC Including PEP checks will have been concluded by now I suspect. Just time now to sit on our hands and hope the SP stabilises around a decent level prior to.

Thanks RKB, It’s shaping up. Given the lack of TR1s over the peice I was hoping we would have seen some
updated figs on the website from some of the big hitters on there. But I never observed Any recent changes (not to say they haven’t) I’ll be following Watty and others with excess entitlement ask. Be interesting to see if they offer the full excess ppl ask for or whether that has to be scaled back due to excess entitlement demand.

I’ve sent a message to HL to find out as I seen something on advfn asking similar question. My Isa is maxed out this year already so I will be furious if there’s a problem with the Open offer. I’ll let you know the response from them when j get it
