We all want to welcome new investors and help them but, I feel that most people on this board are getting mildly annoyed by his posts shouting without proper reserch and common sense. I am not a worthy contributor to this board but I appreciate what I read and I am still learning before making any comments from the top of my head. I also feel that over ramping dilutes the quality of this board, IMHO.

I would tend to agree Phil01, if the agreements would be with lesser known companies but, these are companies with great potential and I am sure in the longer-term are a good thing. I also feel that after the disaster, at least they are trying. As you said, time will tell, for now I am staying in too.

Spot on ,so far! Maybe s.p will not drop as much as originally expected. Will top up if drops under 3p.

My main concern is why with such obvious potential, the s.p. is languishing at this level.

Max19, I have noticed you are also invested in MSYS , I have only recently invested in it too. What's your opinion on the near future of potential s.p. increase? I have been in AVO for a few years and suffering a bit even though I feel it will, eventually, do very well. Hope MSYS it's not another long long wait.

Just went by Harley Street and still a large hole in the ground and still plenty of time before completion but looks a big development with, at least 3 floors below ground level and maybe 4 or 5 above ground all the way back to Devonshire Mews and work is in progress pumping concrete.

Are encouraging and the money has been raised. If the share price will drop on the 14th, it could be a good buying opportunity for averaging or new entry as the business model has still the same potential as when we first invested. GLA.

Pleased to see such a resilience in the sp considering the last few days increase. I would be very happy to see the price drifting sideways at around 10p for some consolidation, till the next news!
