A few know the background to the Stella situation but I suspect you don't. Not for me to comment but I know what happened. Nothing to do with shares though.

It got delayed it was based on the information that we had but they changed plans.

To believe that it is some conspiracy is just beyond crazy. All board members past and present including shareholders who are currently on the BOD to think they are all lying then to think Ken would be very confident still also to think EUDA are in some sort of conspiracy which is surely reflected in the market cap of EUDA. Delays happen for various reasons.

Obviously nothing is guaranteed until it is done but by now significant progress would have been made.

Stella did buy 10k at 6p and really only would have done if 201 had a decent chance. The rest of the old BOD has about 500k shares not a massive amount but at least some. I don't think Suzy is the type to invest large sums of money irrespective of outcomes so it tells us nothing.

The average time to complete a merger is 7 months.

Based on all the bits of information we know 201 was likely one of the first compounds TRX took on, they also took on another 3 compounds and they also need to secure funding for that which is why it has taken so long. The initial deadline in 2022 was for 201 only but plans changed.

I think the merger is priced into the EUDA market cap so is expected to complete. Just the usual scaremongering by non investors.

The company needs a CEO that leads from the front at these prices to drive confidence because it is that which is holding us back imo. It is not charity they should be very confident of increasing the share price from these levels given how low the market cap is so would be making substantial profit as news comes out. They need to back themselves and take a small risk but they are getting well paid.

Just remember that when Suzy was CEO many refused to invest because she never held enough. Therefore although Cathy is a great person and a brilliant scientist people will complain she holds zero shares. Just a thought.

On facts.

That is what you see but in reality when you are inside you ask more intelligent questions and base decisions of facts and evidence not on opinions from the outside. They would have discussed where the financing is, how much already raised, what plans are etc. It is not as simple as we are confident so all that would have been done and they concluded to allow them to carry on. We have to trust what they say as it was shareholders who backed change now when new individuals give it the backing then I don't understand the complaining. Why ask for change if you trust the new people?

The 201 deal is anticipated to complete this year based on the presentation. I think it is important to recognise it was Adrian and the other board member who is also an AIM CEO asking TRX all the questions so clearly they think it is fairly likely. Nothing confirmed based on past promises but quietly confident. Judging on the EUDA market cap and rise I would think it is highly likely.

They have cash until H2 2025 but a few months extra from lab revenue would be amazing but the hope is 201 concludes soon. Clearly at this market cap we will get a significant gap up at these prices if it concludes.

They stated we will get CLX updates this year. The more the cash runway increases next year the greater the chance of an early preclinical deal early next year. By then hopefully with all the RNS that we have due our market cap will be above 10/15 million so a 2 million raise at much higher prices once delivery starts coming through is not an issue.

We also have potentially 3 evaluation outcomes before then as well and Adam was thinking each one at SPV is valued around 10 million to the company so plenty of upside from here.

201 still confident, Adrian had a Zoom call with them. Focus on cuttings costs and bringing in revenue and focus on delivery unlike before.

Guys are in San Diego looking to sign some deals. Not sure what else but plenty of potential for news. Only heard it once but think that is right.

It did cross my mind if they wanted to pull 201 it would have to be done before a presentation and it never happened this morning or at 12pm. Therefore signs are positive.

Whatever If I did my research on SAR then believe me you will not like it but this is not the place. What goes around can easily come around.

Almost all the posts on the board are nonsense some suggesting it should be worth billions but you don't like it and will not post against it because you are invested but yet come here to attack others. Hypocritical to say the least.

I posted on it because of an attempted cross ramp. It is wrong to post on other boards and encourage people to invest in other companies and at such a high valuation I posted that it was nothing more than a ramp and will tank just as quickly. That is my opinion and the finances are poor and rise not based on anything concrete but if others come here and start posting about stocks then nothing wrong with a counter view. At the end of the day nobody can predict if the SP goes up or down but at times it is based on nonsense. I could get an orange from the supermarket and say I believe the data will be excellent It doesn't mean it is. GDR went from 8p to 50p last year now 1p, Val went to 74p now 2p and SAR based on poor finances and no concrete news imo will do the same . If the data is not great it will tank just like Synairgen as already priced in imo.

You believe what you want to believe but at 99% down better you move on than constantly attacking the company. This is Val board so keep it at that but if you no longer believe in it then post on what you do believe in.

Are you invested? If you don't see the value then move on back to SAR.

Clearly you see potential which is why you are here and if you are invested which I doubt then it is likely you would have done so at a higher price therefore even more difficult why you would not see value.

Better to watch the presentation rather than repeating the same things.

It has come true just that you have not seen it yet. All apart from 201 but even that has not failed yet.

Evaluations progressing well, world class compounds including Imperial and CLX, lab to push the evaluation projects through as quickly and efficiently as possible in the most effective manner, cash burn only about 1.5 million, numerous contracts waiting to be signed for the lab including big pharma, 401/201 LOI can conclude soon despite delays to 201. CLX deals more than possible before any more funds are required.

We will find out more today so until then we shall see. I suspect the smart ones will load up and the cheap prices but who knows.

We don't debate on stocks we are not invested in especially for 3 plus years, day in day out and day and night. Also a debate is not repeating the same thing again and again even when addressed 100s of times. That is a sign of illness and you should encourage such behaviour but seek to help. Shame on you.

Fine examples of people believing what they want to believe.

The finances for Valirx are excellent. It is the one thing I have always praised. The only issue is that we are not fair value. Our market cap should be 15/20 million at least with CLX where it is and the potential to attract a decent deal. If our market cap was 15 million plus like before and we were burning 1.5 million then one could argue we have the best finances on AIM. Our market cap has been around 40 million before. Not worried about finances here as I expect the market cap will increase closer to fair value in the next 6 months. Not to mention the potential for lab revenue as well as deals.

Looking forward to tomorrow. If nothing positive was to be said then I doubt they would be presenting.

Looking at those finances I would short SAR just look at the half year report. Burning in excess of 5 million EXCLUDING TAX only raised 2.2 million recently and in debt and will need further funding shortly. Results not even published but given it has gone up 300/400% it would have to be spectacular to increase significantly from the current market cap imho. Never get greedy.

You will realise the difference once they start diluting for trials.

Just my opinion but who knows but maybe some of those short posting our opinion on SAR.
