I think it's essentially a play on the Irish economy...worry is it will.overheat between pent up demand, record deposits and a severe shortage of housing with insatiable demand

It depends on the terms and conditions of the spread provider you use silverhorse but with leveraged profit potential the upside should outperform more vanilla investment approaches such as that deployed by fatboy
