Bought in this morning @ 2.02, impressed by the grades and the fact it's open pit...

From today's RNS: ''Upland looks forward to formal notification of the award of an initial 5-year permit at Hardstoft and expects that this may be delivered in the next few weeks. Once this has been granted, the consortium will seek to embark upon the first steps toward Hardstoft Field development, beginning with seismic acquisition.'' They sound very upbeat about Hardstoft, oil first found there in 1919 So news in a few weeks......sssshhhh :)

Just my take on it.......but it's all smoke and mirrors anyway, so you have a .London address doesn't mean you definately live or do business in London. It would be impossible to police. As an investor in TLDH i don't give a hoot as long as customers sign up and keep re-newing. Big brands will snap up .London purely from a brand protection viewpoint (whether they are phsically present in London or not). The other upside i see for geographic domain names is in the mobile arena, your mobile has GPS turned on (ie big brother knows you're in London) and bingo you're getting re-located to a .London domain name rather than say .com, imagine all the offers clever marketing people could devise and personalise content based on your known location.......just a thought :) or is it??
