Let’s see if the slumbering giant (externally perceived anyhow) starts it’s period of awakening.

.....I’d suggest COVID plays have a long way to go:

- The UK has officially fallen into recession for the first time in 11 years due to the impact of the pandemic
- The 20.4% fall in the second quarter is the largest reported by any major economy so far
- Fast rising case numbers are worrying governments in western Europe, who are warning people to take more precautions
- France is reporting 2,000 new cases per day compared to 1,000 three weeks ago, the prime minister says
- Spain, meanwhile, is in a "critical situation", with the worst infection rate in Europe, experts say
- There are outbreaks of coronavirus, of differing sizes, in almost all parts of Germany, its health minister warns

Hey bigAl, very peculiar - Iceberg buyer, or maybe just a mini one, but something going on.

Unexplained delayed trades over last 3 weeks, still think up till today it’s been mainly II seller with smaller buyer, but today’s action shows SP holding well despite overwhelming sells and in nice round chunks - eg multiple 10k, plus some 15k & 25k. Historically SP plummets on sniff of a sell or any downward pressure....but not today - interesting to see delayed trades reported for today this time tomorrow.

Trade vol reported so far today (pending late reporting - if any):

- 284k Sells
- 82k Buys
- 2.5k Delayed

-0.6% down (per ADVFN)...

Plus your order not getting sold adds more credence to the mystery...

Circa 4m vol unaccounted for in past 3 weeks or so, but then again SNG had a large II selling up to the day before they went into orbit...

Personally, still very positive, when news comes, this will shift fast.
