If 6 well production increased to 14k bbls and assume 14% water 16280 total fluids

7 z well stays same 5000bbls 53% water 10640 total fluids

Total fluids = 26920bbls

Which is 90% of total capacity

Who says we cannot increase production?

If water starts reducing expect increase In production even more

18k or 19k bbls a day is easily achievable from Lancaster

As at April 20 - $70 million Cash position ( hurricane quoted)

Projection at $30 / bbl from April to give year end cash position of $94 million ( chaffe CFO quoted)

For every $10 increase in the oil price the cash position was forecast to increase by $45 million (Chaffe CFO quoted)

Given that we are at $44 dollars a barrel and wet get plus or minus Brent ( chaffe CFO quoted)

At year end and $44 with no upside assumed in Brent price til then giving another $63 million

Giving a total cash position year end of $133 million

Even taking off say $15 million for lowered production for 3 months .

Cash in bank is equal to Mcap

So, no value to acreage

No value years of production ahead

No value three wells drilled

No value Lincoln 14 well drilled ( produced at 10000bbls/ day; tested) to be able to tie back and enhance production and backup the other two wells for mizu capacity of 30000bbls a day.

6p a share ain’t going to cut it

Can’t wait for the updates in September or before that time

No reason why production guidance can’t come earlier as they now seem to have a handle on the two wells performance. Expect shiela’s coronation announcement to be aligned with this.
