If you Google Rice University hydrogen it explains their process, it flash joule heating to 3100 degrees Kelvin, they've been working on it for some time and not new.
There's also another group with deeper pockets working on similar plastic to hydrogen in Japan involving Toyota, JGC holdings and Iwatani Corp.
It's one of my worries with PHE being so slow that someone will be off and running before these clowns finish putting up stud walls and building a canteen.
They've had a test centre already at Ince, protos should be up and running now based on previous statements.
I feel we're still years away from seeing a full scale facility if we get that far at the pace these clowns move at and who knows what will happen in the meantime, tech superceded, run out of cash, bigger players coming into play with deeper pockets and a plan for fulfilling promises..
Hi Bert, currently onsite in the piddling rain.

When I say nothing above it is just overgrown grassland.
Meanwhile plot 10B is an overgrown mess again, does it still have planning permission? Permission granted March 2020 with the first stipulation being work must be begun within 3 years, there's an access road put in but not sure if that counts.
Toooo true MJ, will the administrators release it though? I'd imagine PHE would have to bid for it and hopefully get it for scrap value, unless the admins know how desperate PHE are for it and place a stupid price on it.. either way they really do need to get their skates on and ride the momentum otherwise we can rename this thread...
What are you on about now swazers you paranoid mess?
How am I trying to destroy a firm on some tinpot forum FFS, laughable.
Nothing I've said is untrue, been invested 5 years and want it to fly. You need to lay of the crack and go play with your crayons.
Bridgend will be the working demo when built, the science experiment knocked up at Ince out of a few baked bean cans and some string is going or might even be gone now and was definitely not the demo that is going to sell this to the world
We've been here before when they made a bit of noise with linde.. they've still no working demo or put a spade in the ground and no indication of any of that happening soon. Will anything happen this year? Based on history I expect more excuses and therefore delays into next year.
They've put an entrance roadway in, a construction service entrance and ducting/cabling for power to site services (street lights, building power etc) not sure if that counts as starting work or not though.
