Hi,
I am a new PI here. I am very excited about the potential of the breathalyser for health diagnosis. My point:
If dogs can be trained to detect cancer with their noses at 97% accuracy, then a breathalyser can absolutely be made to do the same! (along with other conditions)
I don’t see much risk with this use-case.

Plus, I would just counter this negative post by saying that this is a phenomenal opportunity, to invest at these ridiculously cheap prices. Who doesn’t want a 60 second breathalyser at the Hospital/Doctors/Clinic/Pharmacy that can diagnose 40+ conditions/diseases without any painful/scary needles or long waits and inconvenient hospital trips? The risk/reward for this share is simply off the scale IMO, and reportedly could be on sale by the end of this year!? Gem in the making. This is the making of MSYS, and with a non-exclusive deal with Deepverge other biotech companies will also want the hardware for their own/other analysis. This is as close as you get to a Star Trek health scanner!
Regards to all MSYS LTH.
@RobinTrader
From checking your other posts you are most likely being paid to scare people out of their shares. I hope you can live with your choice of highly immoral work, conning people into losing money so your MM and II masters can continue to line their pockets! We don’t want or need your psychological tricks on this or any other LSE board.

DYOR and follow your own convictions.
Hi Dreamchaser1,
Absolutely! it’s not for me to push for anything that’s a million miles outside of my technical knowledge. I don’t think I phrased the question very well, it was more a question around if that was a possibility and/or if it is something they may be considering, sooner or later. Many other treatments are being used in combinations now, so perhaps it is an obvious question, although I suppose I am trying to understand what that would mean from a trial perspective? Do both mAbs have to be taken through all 3+ trials separately, and then yet another whole new set of trials when used in combination? Note that one of the Foralumab cohorts was in combination with Dexamethasone which is already a provenly safe steroid, hence my reasoning. (Why are drug names often so convoluted in their spelling...)
:)

@bp82
Hi,
Yes, I am also a LTH in Okyo (smaller holding) but as you say, very quiet. Also has a lot of potential albeit a longer time-frame IMO, so another buy and hold for me.

@Dreamchaser1
Hi,
Good idea, I just did that. I also asked the following question:
“
In regard to the upcoming Covid trial for the TZLS-501 mAb, would it be a good idea to include a cohort where Foralumab is used in combination with TZLS-501 as I feel this could be a super potent duo combination therapy and the sooner that this combination is tested the better? I realise this might need to wait until a later trial phase though.
“
I will post any response here.

Another good article on that site, with these comments that elaborate on Oldapache’s advice to LTH:
From:
https://www.griproom.com/fun/10-signs-your-company-is-about-to-be-acquired
:
“
If a big event is coming up, Wall Street might tank the stock prior to it. This creates the illusion that they have insider information and they know it’s going to be bad. They’re abusing the efficient-market hypothesis. You see the stock dropping, think that something is wrong with the business, and you sell.
“I’ll just wait on the sidelines,” you say. “See what happens with the big event. If it goes well, I’ll get back into the stock because it’ll probably only jump a few percent.”
But what actually happens is the buyout comes before the big event. You see this in biotech all the time. Companies have an important phase 3 trial coming to conclusion soon. They’ve seen the initial data and they know its great. They’ve also shared this data with the companies bidding to buy them out.
The bidders know that once the data is released, the stock will jump huge. So, they need to act quickly. Before the milestone is reached, the company is bought out.
Thinking you were being smart, you waited to buy. But that’s what they wanted you to do. By waiting, you left more stock on the table for Wall Street to gobble up.
This is why if you believe in a company, you must buy it, hold it, and avoid looking at it on a day-to-day basis.
“
i.e. DYOR and have faith in your convictions, then ‘Live Long and Prosper’ all TILSiests / Tiziana’ists.

Thanks Oldapache.

Personally I try to be the black sheep with my investments, think independently and not follow the flock, because they are nearly always being herded towards the cliff edge.
I absolutely agree, TILS is a once in a lifetime investment opportunity, always keep your core holding in this one and given enough time this gem will SHINE BRIGHTLY in my opinion. The current share price/value is always just a snapshot in time, nothing changes until the moment you sell. Like someone else said, if it takes 5+ years then that’s how long you should hold your core TILS holding for. With all the new emphasis on Life Sciences I believe biotechs WILL be the hottest area to invest in for AT LEAST the next decade. Also notice how anti-terrorism talk/funding has disappeared off the radar, that’s because so few people are killed by terrorists in comparison to a pandemic. Plus, it’s very difficult for nations to send their troops into wars when there’s a nasty mutating virus flying around (we learned that in 1918). (Drones excepted.) Everything points to a new world of biotech, and healthcare spending. I won’t go into the obvious need to enhance our capabilities against biological warfare, that’s a very dark topic, but as the primary damage from most infections/diseases is from inflammation!, ...boy that makes the TILS fully humanised mAb pipeline (and platform patents) the hottest cookies in the oven!!!
Best Wishes,
Sorry, my last point on this:
Some say that this is the way it is and we just have to deal with it (including the manipulators who will continue to follow their script) but that is NOT an excuse. Sorry but we will just continue down the slippery slope if more and more people don’t start saying STOP, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. It should make every conscious investor angry. It makes me angry!
Regards,
A really great post whimax, thank you!
The more we call out these immoral practices the better. I also like this linked article:
https://www.griproom.com/fun/how-to-spot-fake-comments-on-stock-boards
:
“ Fake comments aren’t just annoying. They’re bad for society. They discourage people from allocating their capital in an efficient manner. Fake comments steer people away from investing in cool stuff, and into garbage. Garbage stocks which are often a pump-and-dump.
This has serious ramifications. It means that instead of capital flowing to say, a state-of-the-art electric battery company, it goes instead to a pump-and-dump scam. The owner of the scam unloads his position onto unwary investors, and then uses the proceeds to buy a boat.
Instead of society getting some amazing new tech, some billionaire gets a second yacht.
This manipulation must stop. Investors think they’ve found a great stock, only to see it drop day after day. They lose their life savings. They get depressed. Months later when they see the stock has recovered, some even commit suicide.”
HOW DO THESE MANIPULATORS SLEEP AT NIGHT?, DO THEY NOT HAVE A CONSCIENCE? WHY DOES THE FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN NOT GET MORE INVOLVED?
Ultimately, as I have said before, these bad practices will ultimately back-fire big time and there will be few investors left. The next generation WILL NOT put up with all this and the MM’s will be out of business long before the last baby boomer moves on... we reap what we sow.
Clean up your act LSE before it is too late!!!
Regards,
I agree StarKnight, along with everything else the TILS potential is huge (with so many mAbs in the top selling drugs worldwide etc.) but still not a very Forward Looking share price in my layman’s eyes.
Soon we will see the price of Accustem, that will be interesting... to get back onto the correct topic.
Regards,
Hi All,
...but aren’t markets supposed to be forward looking and priced at likely potential, which is why some II’s already have a more logical (read: much higher) target price than currently? ...and the ‘phenomenal’ remarked results of the Brazil phase I trial, along with the other proof of safety and most likely efficacy results for Foralumab, has just been written off by the markets so far as far as I can tell?
:(
The last RNS suggests the timing is completely out of the BoD’s hands, and entirely up to the respective regulatory authorities.
Give it a rest now everyone, I’m sure we will all have our lovely Accustem buy-one-get-one-free BOGOF shares soon, delivered by the Easter Bunny.
Regards,
another word for coal? The banned dictionary needs some tweaking.
? That wasn’t a swear word??? *******g???
Hold on a minute...
If a true (non-paid) deramper is trying to lower the share price to buy in lower (I am not referring to shorters here), then if they bought at the current share price and put all their efforts into ramping instead, then they would in effective be working with the same effect, just by shifting both their entry and exit points higher!?
Why don’t they try that instead of swimming against the tide and bugging all the passionate LTHs here. Just shift their point of view, get a lot less flak, and improve their own state of mind at the same time, so a win-win for all!?
We might then stand a better chance against the other professional negative influencers.
Just a random thought, from someone who tries to live and work in a fairer and more noble world, and support our valuable biotech companies without ****ging them off every day.
@wongtogo
I don’t care what drivel you speak, but YOU DON’T SPEAK FOR OTHER PI’S, myself included. So don’t dare say that you know what other PI’s are thinking! What right do you or anyone have to speak for others!?
ABSOLUTELY NONE!

Hi,
I am a previous MSYS investor a few years back who caught wind of the deal with Deepverge and have bought into MSYS again. I like the outook and bought the rumour... have always had a soft spot for MSYS technology so hoping this is the start of good times ahead.
