Flaring was only approved in the middle of October, so limited time to affect the figures (which are similar to the previous month's). No concerns here.

Six wells have currently been identified for re-completion in the Frontier 1 at Cole Creek offering a near term low-risk opportunity to materially increase oil production and reserves.

Select US and International Banks have been approached to refinance the Company's Senior Credit Facility and fund the retirement of hedges currently in place.

Due diligence is being conducted by a large oil company with respect to a possible Joint Venture on the Company's deep oil discovery.

It's prudent of COPL to continue with the RBL, regardless of how close we are to a JV. It simply strengthens COPL's hand.

There was also a 'Code 1' printed earlier, which could indicate that an RNS has been lodged. (if you believe in MM codes of course). Fingers cross.

“Afternoon all. Don't understand or agree with any panic here. COPL confirmed 8 days ago that 'technical due diligence' was underway regarding JV. I imagine, and expect, that this is a highly regulated and robust process (this is O&G we're talking about), luckily, COPL are not located in a geographical location affected by instability (like many small cap O&G companies), It's also onshore (both factors help for obvious reasons).
Let's put this in a timeframe perspective (all from recent personal experience); it takes me 3 weeks to get a GP appointment; 2 month wait for dentist; 10 weeks for some new recycling bins, 8 weeks to get a DBS, I could go on.........

Chinese refiners have plans to increase processing rates by 10 percent next month as they see demand increasing, especially from abroad.
Refiners are hoping the government will issue another fuel export quota batch for up to 15 million tons.
