Flow Traders seems to me to be a separate company looking at their web-site https://www.flowtraders.com/investors#no-back I can't see a link with flow group apart from the RNS today, which had tempted me to buy... but have held off.

This rise is because peeps think an offer is coming from BV - not going to happen according to the RNS- 'Under Note 1 of the Notes on the Dispensations from Rule 9 of the City Code, the Panel may waive the requirement for a general offer to be made in accordance with Rule 9 of the City Code if, inter alia, the shareholders of the company who are independent of the person who would otherwise be required to make an offer, and any person acting in concert with him, pass an ordinary resolution on a poll at a general meeting. Accordingly, the Company proposes that the Independent Shareholders be asked to waive the obligation on BV Tech to make a mandatory offer under Rule 9 of the City Code, which would otherwise arise as a result of BV Tech's participation in the Fundraising'. Why's it taking so long to use it then - I assume stimulate is using the enhancing tech. From the RNS 'Capital risks - It may be desirable for the Company to raise additional capital by way of the further issue of Ordinary Shares to enable the Company to progress through further stages of development. Any additional equity financing may be dilutive to shareholders. There can be no assurance that such funding, if required, will be available to the Company'.

and a change of name proposed as well: 'In order to better reflect the Group's primary focus on lead-zinc and precious metals assets within the European region, the Board also proposes that the Company's name be changed to 'Europa Metals Limited', and an appropriate resolution will be put to shareholders at the forthcoming General Meeting to secure the requisite shareholder approval to effect this change'.

There are no shorts in Thor. They say in their RNS's no shares are held in Treasury. Are you thinking of spread bets? if so, they are separate to the share price.
