Just stepping back….. and realising what has happened to me (us) in the last 5 months or so (and wanted to put this out there before the BIG news-either way).
I had a ‘nice’ shares ISA ticking over and making a lot more than the bank…. I then show the idea with ‘astute’ wifey and things took off. Suddenly she(we) are on the chat rooms- looking for the next big opportunity. UKOG got the ball rolling….. but also stopping (don’t go there ever)!! Then the adorable one said ‘we are watching this webinar tonight-it’s about Helium’…… say no more . We’ve been in since (probably a bit too much) but when you believe in something and the people too why not? I’ve heard ‘chance in a lifetime etc’. But this has become more than that to us. Yes if the sp were to go x5+ it would significantly change our future plans (we are 52 and 50) but beyond that we feel part of the He1 community - so many virtual friends on this BB, lots with amazing knowledge and experience and on the whole all supporting other members (even to the extent of the ‘here’s all the info for any newbies’ posts).
So here’s to an amazing result soon - but if not (unlikely) I hope the spirit of this BB stays the same and we can all grow in life and hopefully some wealth too and be a long part of the He1/Minchin story for a long time.
Sleep well and don’t sweat ‘the news’…..

Yes the newsletter gives us a nice positive vibe. The wording/editing has been carefully ‘built’ (in contrast may I say to some of the recent ‘Twits’). A few more quotes from CEO ‘you betcha’ ….. ‘drilling is drilling’ …. And ‘news will flow when it’s ready’….. just for the icing on the cake….

DM likes the Monday RNS slot so here’s hoping Kevo!! If not then I might speculate that we might get the next ‘edu tweet’ where DM describes wire lining and analysis etc …. We shall see. But gonna be difficult to sleep!!! Life changing times ahead (or not) ;-)))))

Magic pixies and fairy dust :-)) think in reality and simplified the He can be extracted from the mud/N2 and is super cooled to liquify the gas. Can then be loaded into iso trucks and off it goes. The ‘plant’ is available in modular form but I understand these are not available off the shelf so would be a lead time ….. thrifty DM will be waiting for confirmation of the parentload before negotiations begin. Sorry if I’m wrong here and happy to be corrected and for others to add more details. 12 hours ….. will we hear anything tomorrow??

Hmd - I don’t think they will send samples all the way to OX. They should have enough analytical gear there to be confident - plus some of the top geologists ‘in town’. Would be strange to need the uni now. Just my opinion obviously. But they might send ‘reference’ samples somewhere for cross reference/ verification purposes. Either way… so long as He > 8% ….. happy days nights months years !

For me - this seemed like the first ‘scripted’ narration DM has done in the tweets. Usually he goes ‘commando’ and with the flow so can express his enthusiasm and excitement more and we actually see him.
A post a while ago suggested the tweets might be used as a ‘timeline’ for the presentation at the conference later this year. Today’s would certainly fit with that theory.
If we trust in DM then we are sleeping well…. If we think that the tweet is negative then nightmares await….
I’m in the former camp.
