Any news on Rukwa project in TZ , August was last time they spudded and capped off waiting for ML and Feasability study,

Now approved we wait again, so frustrating , but I'm positive.

After a good RNS , we'll be back in two weeks with better news of Total Depth reached and final preparationstaking place on another successful well, the news gets better.

" Synergia Energy Ltd - West Perth, Australia-based oil and gas company - Updates on farm out agreement with Selan Exploration announced in February. Synergia had anticipated that the drilling of the first new well would commence in the second quarter, however, says Selan has informed that it is yet to contract a drilling rig and that the drilling operations will not commence before September. Similarly, the larger workover rig has yet to be contracted by Selan. Since the bulk of Synergia's costs in India are being carried by Selan, the company has minimized the financial impact of the delay in the commencement of the drilling program and the re-commencement of the workover program. Will continue to work closely with Selan to bring forward the drilling date as soon as is practicable in 2025 consistent with the farm out agreement.

I was lead to believe the programme spread over 3 months per well , We are way behind o on schedule , I thought this

Selan comany were more energetic than this .It appears to me looking at mid 2026 for the 3 wells completion , I just hope I see progress , some of us have been here a long time , for me ,it's now beyond retirement

Imo they see this share will springboard only when HE1 go into production

In the meantime , they will manipulate the share price to make small gains, this throws back any chance of profit to the small holders ( invested at 2p then throttled back to 1.2 and eventually falling to 0.85p, unable to get back in due financial restraints, ) will wait for production then the SP will springboard in about the Q3 , hopefully 4-6p. Since 3rd March, ML approved by TZG offered to HE1, now 3weeks later offer has not been formalized,slightly worrying

What demands TZG are offering, or HE1 sitting on their hands (is there a time limit to the offer ?). We are all guessing.

An RNS to reassure holders would be welcome.

Not so nasty , I see HE1 holding all the aces in this game. Waiting for a significant moment to possibly seek a JV ( I'm sure their very interested in what could be the biggest find of Helium in the world at present).

Just weighing up the odds and then pounce, game over , take the pot.

Hi Pub, one thing on my mind is that the TZG have offered an ML back to HE1 for them to accept the terms , is there a catch somewhere as HE1 have not catagorically accepted the ML, quote from RNSdetails).

The offer letter and terms are now under detailed review by the Company and further announcements will be made in due course. I truly hope it's a formality for the shareholders.
