If you want to understand why there may be further delays then suspect the French. Have a look at this article from Money Week. From very early discussions with Modern Water I was told that the French were taking a very, very close look at what MW were doing. I'm sure the French at the very top levels can see the strategic importance of water. Why doesn't our Govt? Or am I seeing reds under the bed............?

Anyone going to the meeting tomorrow. If so, can you ask if they are going to award themselves with share options in the next 6 months. I'd rather the directors take a risk with their money rather than ours.
