If they get a decent upfront payment for the Mupala license any placing fears will be dispelled and this will take off like a rocket on steroids imo.

A sale or JV of the Mupala license. It’s adjacent to the Anglo American/ Arc Minerals JV license where outstanding assays have been reported at Cheyeza East, and a large scale mining license secured, so it makes a lot of sense for them to buy it.

Yes they answered a question that I had submitted but that was the shortest Investor Meet session I have ever watched thanks to the lack of other questions. They seemed very confident about a good outcome from Yarrol drilling though and stated that this was fully funded as they have such low overheads and enough cash to keep them going well into next year. Drilling to start imminently and results anticipated around mid May. They will consider a JV for resource definition if a bigger fish comes knocking on the door after assays are published. Commented that previous drilling had encountered nuggety high grade areas and if they encounter more of these grades should be very good.

They also talked about Mount Steadman and will be undertaking drill target definition in H2 2025. Got the impression that they might seek a partner for that one.

Could this encourage Sandfire to make a move?

Seems that whoever went along to the AGM were either given assurances that there would be no fund raising in the near term and/or some broad hints were given about what’s happening with some of the licenses. Would be nice if anyone who attended could confirm.

Seis if you look at this map on Tertiary’s website: https://www.tertiaryminerals.com/mupala-copper-project it indicates that the Mupala license is immediately adjacent to the Anglo/Arc Minerals JV area, so I think it is absolutely nailed on that Anglo will be in negotiations for it, and that should bring some much needed cash into TYM’s coffers, thus derisking the investment case here considerably imo.

£880k came into the company’s Treasury in September 2024 and little has been spent on their own exploration since then, so I expect to see some decent drilling results and a much higher market cap prior to the next raise.

Given his large personal stake there’s no way that Patrick Cheetham will want to raise when the share price is at anything like current levels. Plenty of news to be released in the interim.
