Was it the diamonds? If so does company still have them? What the price/quality of the diamonds!

I’m more looking forward for this to be 3/5p and then hopefully slowly move up from there.

A good dividend help by further buy back of shares should help.
I had 5 Year target to £1!
But market seems be experiencing one challenge after another!
If it’s not a crash, covid, war, skyrocket inflation… always something to stall it , just no stability

I believe the buy back, is undertaken by the MM’s, the company would instruct a broker to buy share from the market, at current market value in tranches. These are given back to the company to dispose of.
I.e reducing the total number of shares out in the market, which should result in a prince increase and overall better value for shareholders holdings shares as dividing shares by market cap, you’ll own a bigger portion

This has been above 3p in the past and was purely on speculation, now asset is proven and production plant in construction, for now looks cheap below 1p… bring on production

There’s more than one way!
Can’t pay Div, ( due to whatever reason/sanctions etc, as some large shareholders may be in a list which would cause company to breach the rules)
then use that money to buy back shares instead!
In theory, Less shares about it increases the value of all shares held for everyone including shareholders.
I for one would be happy with no Div, providing the price continues to rise and in a couple of years this gets back to £10 Also repaid as much debt as possible;)
It’s a hold for 5 years, risk of course there is always a Risk! No Risk no Reward ;)

All this talk is just more speculation and causing confusion for holders!
unfortunately not allowed to have an ISA either, so got very limited information.
I do believe they are a great way of saving and reduce one’s Tax liability.
I think it’s already been said, that nothing will happen without a vote and at least until 2024.
Also if they do decide to change jurisdiction, that still doesn’t mean they will delist from LSE.
Everyone should take proper advice and possibly ask your broker about your own personal circumstances, ISA rules that apply and if listing on another exchange would they support it or who does?
For me it’s a hold and today a cheeky top up, sorry for any that sold at a loss or bailed out on the panic.
Let’s hope they recover today’s losses as quickly as it dropped… wishful thinking of my part I know!
