GO analysis very good. 10% year on year production growth is not being achieved at present. Other market factors are in play but TRIN just doesn't have anything to be excited about. Plus we all expect another thrashing dilution for funding TGAL. Meanwhile the management have changed the incentive rules so they can keep trousering rewards. Share price languishes as a result. If they provided reassurance on TGAL funding plans and announced a drilling plan then it might make a lot of difference.

Not managed 10 percent year on year. Another self imposed target missed. Need to spin that drill bit.

Absolutely, a debt free company should be dividend paying!

On the 25th Aug 2017 scheme the management reward themselves on a SP scale from 5p to 35p. So they will still trouser loads even if SP drops further. With the two 2019 schemes they trouser something as long as they do better than the competition. My main concern is how they will finance the next development and I suspect we are in for more pain for uncertain gain. (I would rather they built cash and self financed until T&T market is reformed). A dividend policy would also really help the investors who were trashed by the fund raise last year.

Can someone properly unpack the awards they have made themselves?
On 25th Aug 2017 they awarded themselves options of 9% of the company
On 3rd Jan 2019 they awarded themselves another 1%
On 10th May another 1%
These are incentives of course but nonetheless hefty dilutions in the event of any recovery.

Quarterly update due in next 2 weeks. Will we see another colossally massive 2.5 percent rise in production? Or maybe announcement of the next investor thrashing fundraise for TGAL. (Only mitigating consolation is that the current management incentive scheme is targeted on 35p).

ShareSoc Investor evening in Manchester featuring TRIN this week was cancelled. As was the Birmingham event last month. Lack of interest probably.

Spirit Energy is paying for the drills. So why the strong reaction when first out of three is not great. Surely the AM is still cash producing away. I just see the wider area as extra gravy. Makes today a good buying opportunity! Wierd market just now.

At what price, any guesses?

Some plan to recover value for the shareholders would help. I looked again at the last investor presentation. The production chart speaks for itself. Slow growth and that major setback last summer. 10 percent production growth target remains - not exactly radical. Then there is TGAL development which I assume will likely need another fund raise and share dilution "financing options being reviewed". I would rather they waited a little and used cash.

Jon Moulton's company. He lost a fortune in REDX at 85p. Must be hoping he can claw something back by this convertible loan.

No update on either the drug trial or the fundraising. Hmmm..... I wonder what will be sprung on the shareholders or if they will just call it a day.

how they intend to improve the share value. Why invest in TRIN. If they are so cash positive and debt free how about planning a dividend. (ROFL). The PR campaign is eagerly awaited.

Why would anyone put new money in?

Oil and gas are important for producing polymers. Burning oil and gas is a waste .... but the biggest burning consumers are shipping and aircraft for which there is no alternative. I think there is plenty of demand left in the world. Meanwhile TRIN is just my money sink......draining away. If they are really cash positive, how about a dividend (ROFL)

Well I think oil price is good but other stocks are also struggling just now. I think for most investors the modest short term growth plans coupled with expensive long term aims are not so appealing. (Expensive development means another thrashing dilution). I have been holding for a long time, always hoping it might reach the giddy heights of 25p.

I would like to know how the shareholders might ever see a return. 10 percent growth if directly translated into share price means a long time before we even see return to the last thrashing fund raise level.

yeah, a dividend would be great from all that cash ..... ROFL .... or maybe just turn the cash into management rewards.. I am not selling, it is just a bottom drawer share that might come good one day.

But at least it is debt free and cash positive. Shame they thrashed all confidence last summer and the market since has done its worst. Maybe it will get loved again. It would be great to break 20p this year. Will the long term development mean another thrashing for the investors?

A dividend - now that is a good idea. (Tax reform is unlikely, no matter what investors think, hope or wish).
