Another clown..
Morgan Stanley increased their holding on 25/02.
Little did they know, little did we know.
adzy, forgot to continue with your ESL comparison.
There were over four institutional buys during the suspension and DBAY aquired over 50% holdings. I believe similar scenario here or a bid from Clermont (more than GKSD). I'm prepared for brutally low open.
That's technical outcome. But what IIs would do can't be predicted. They surprised us from 500s to 900s. Even you adzy went long from short.
If this was a retailer, I would have completely written this off. But being a leading healthcare provider, may offer a small glimmer of hope.
Thanks.
To make matter worst: "Bank of America cutting its growth forecasts to an 11-year low".
Not good time to invest in any market.
adzy, do you see any thin possible outcome here?
Bellevue, Blackrock and Clermont increased further yesterday.
Little did they know, little did we know.
Hey Mark, thanks for your "I told you so" contribution. Exactly what shareholders need right now.
I get it adzy.
They've no money, major debts, governance rotten to the core........
I can't find any positive angle. Money is gone.
You maybe right.
Expecting in order:
Freeh report
FY results
FCA results
Market reopen
"A person who is the subject of an FCA investigation is not always told that they are under investigation straight away. Often, and especially in criminal or market abuse investigations, the investigators will have been working on the case for a considerable time before they notify the subject that they are under investigation."
This could stay suspended for long period of time.
That's my point. I accept carnage if/when it opens without ii movement, but not bankruptcy.
Notification of formal investigation by the FCA
The Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") has notified NMC that it has commenced a formal enforcement investigation. NMC will continue to co-operate with the FCA and any and all other relevant authorities.
Is MW claiming NMC will go bankrupt? or they've over inflated their books?
How on earth are you expecting £17.50?
Whoever bought above £10 would be happy to settle for 400-500.
Whilst I do expect more issues. The suspension action says they're protecting the value. Was it demanded by major shareholders which now own over 40% of shares?
Strongly believe all bad news will be out soon and rectified before the market reopens.
Are we now speculating that this will go bust? Bit extreme isn't it if there are no further major issues?
Would Clermont let MW win again..
Clermont more likely. Already called for good governance and slowdown in expansion.
I believe bid will be concluded before the suspension is lifted.
"Market analysts say suspending the trading of shares was the most sensible thing NMC could have done under the circumstances. “The drip-drip of bad news could have suffocated the stock’s performance – the only plus would be any positive numbers for the 2019 results,” said an analyst. (NMC Health, the Middle East's largest healthcare operator, is expected to announce its 2019 financials in the next few days.)"

Am I reading this correct?
Clermont Group increased their position today to 3.31%, from 3.18% yesterday?
