The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
Well done to all the holders through all the sh\t!
I feel sorry for the guys who sold at some quite big losses all because of the pressure that came from a few de-rampers on this board.
I was over 60k down at one point but now nicely in profit, which is hopefully just at start.
I wonder which BB Shorter guys will wash up on though, obviously under will a different username!
US vaccine will be rolled out substantially by May, the US will be much better placed logistically for that. There is no way the US be in lockdown by then.
Most people on this BB seem pretty decent and would most likely never want anyone to lose money.
However, they are a few exceptional cases and the reason people are gloating is because Shorterguy has always run his mouth off and taken great pleasure regarding other peoples paper losses. But that is all they have ever been, paper.
And so yes whilst most are only now in very minor profit, despite what shorter claims I am sure shorter guy closed out some big losses this morning.
And you can’t really blame anyone for taking some satisfaction in that..
Indepth, talk about clutching a straws, you have absolutely no grace or self respect at all...
Investeroid, you spent the whole weekend detailing Cine, now are are claiming to suddenly be back in... seriously...
At least all the day tripper derampers from yesterday will not be showing up again, and the ones that do it as a full time job will also be moving on soon.
@ - greatcreatednewt - good luck with with your investment in AMGO at 15p...
Investeroid was out and has now missed this big rise.
He is now struggling to decide whether to buy in again...
Jesus Indepth,,, all your deramping have been about the short term risk of Cineworld staying is”n business...
Now that is all squared you start taking about the debt waivers that might be needed in 2022..
You really are a total ****!
Does anybody have access to L2 to report what is happening?
I was expecting a much bigger rise from the RNS.
The SP is definitely being played. There is now way it would be in such tight range on a day like this.
Buy hopefully after shorters exit abs profits are taken by others this can really start to move.
Spare a thought for shorter guy though and his 40p short...The only person I take pleasure in losing money.
Although there is absolutely nothing new in that article it just seems to give the MM,s a reason to open this down tomorrow when many were thinking it would be good day.
The timing definitely seems suspect, of all stocks you can report on..especially when Cine has already had it fair share of coverage..
Hopefully the CVA reports were all priced in last week though and still hoping for a good week with potential debt waivers and maybe more vaccine news.
Brexit deal news will also help.
I literally was about to say that he reminds me of Boix! I totally agree.
Also I haven’t seen anyone ramping this share, the only person who used to do that was Shamus but everybody knew she was clueless.
All I have seen is people looking for positive signs and discussing it which is natural when you are invested.
The same people have also discussed their fears regarding bad news.
If you really are neutral Rok8 try acting that way..

Read your post on 13th.
Very good post but can you explain how they manage to wash earlier trades at a different price into the closing auction? Surely the sellers would not be happy at the lower auction price? Or am I missing something?
Thanks
Shorter I am not sure what your obsession is with believing this company will go bust, but one thing is clear you are not very good at this game.
You could have closed your short at 16 and invested any profit and tripled your money already.
If this debt waiver arrives as expected we won’t see current prices again.
Your current short losses will just keep on getting bigger and bigger.
I believe most people have a decent amount of respect for each other whatever their position but you have never shown any to anyone. Revelling in peoples papers losses.
All those paper losses have already turned to break even or gains and peoples faith will be rewarded.
Many will take a lot of pleasure in you getting absolutely bent over...
That one room bedsit you live in will seem like a palace when you are out on the streets at Christmas.
Well done to all long term holders, it’s only been 6 weeks since results Thursday and bad Bond Monday and things are already looking much better.

If you are really unsure whether to go long or short then why Cine at all. I would pick another stock where your research brings you to a clearer conclusion.
Otherwise you might as well just bet on red or black.
The story might not be true but shorterguy you have always been blinkered by the level of debt and ignored the fact that this is a business that has alway made profit apart from in Covid times.
You have foolishly compared to other companies that failed that struggled for years.
You also misread the fact that Cineworld having little assets as being a bad thing. When you owe a lot of money that is actually a good thing. It means it’s in everyone’s interest that the business succeeds rather than going bust and being broken up.
Seems like you are the one in lane 5 of the motorway and there is a huge truck heading your way... with the blinkers on though you can’t even see it coming..
