Are you invested here OnTarget? You were a massive poster and fan of HEMO up until the webinar and then suddenly you stop posting here and then suddenly on various other boards. As I said the day after you’ve sold and don’t want it rising in the next however many months you reckon it’ll take for CDX deal to be announced.

I hope readers ignore your purposeful talking down of the newsflow. CDX is the literally the only thing we know a date for! Everything else could be anytime.

Covid caused the original delay but they have openly stated multiple time later new human trials are beginning again and onward through 2020 H2.

But again thanks for your input.

But on the Balance of probability hearing from another 6 or 7 people who did See it... personally I don’t believe your take whether simply a mis understanding of the facts or a deliberate attempt to undermine the SP.

Good post by the way QuickDraw. Succinctly put. Pre-clinical junior bios earn nothing for many years. Hemo is on the cusp on a significant financial deal for CDX and further validation of the mice will propel their income potential hugely.

Eli crying out for some assistance with speeding up their R&D pre-clinicals and little old hemo has the solution for them!

I’m thinking August 17th or 24th for the CDX contract sign up. FDA approval to move to human trials and announcement of the GlobalCo for CDX (occums razor says Eli) and some Big time commercials!!!

I wanna hear what people are worried about in terms of HEMOs work on the potential pitfalls they see. The facts available to us state we’re in bed with big pharma and have market revolutionary treatments that have only been validated at each pre-clinical milestone. HEMO is a unicorn imo. Feel free anyone to tell me why it won’t be???

I love a cautionary note backed by an opinion or fact. I’m not so keen on HEMO being run down just for the sake of it. Because someone bought in high and doesn’t like being under water so are sulking.

By all means lay it all out as to the negatives if HEMO if you’ve got some sensible rationale to support it. An opinion based on knowledge or available information. To run down HEMOs work to date just simply baffles me. I think they could manage PR better for sure but then you’ve got to accept it’s a tiny company that doesn’t have to cash (and doesn’t feel the need) to bull themselves up. The facts speak for themselves in my opinion.

The demand for instant gratification is a curse of the 21st century.

I was quite pleased to see the back end of the week pass without an RNS here. The really positive stuff tends to come on on Monday/Tuesdays so here’s hoping we’re due shortly.

I am not sure what to expect from CTEA or what good looks like. A market demanding commercial terms could be hard to satisfy with any serious numbers. But for me I think I’d like to see us in talks with a few big companies that would secure bigger earners than a few done deals on small employers. We will see though.

An update on the interest in Afrika-ID roll out would be very useful. Huge potential numbers there. Even securing a couple of percent of app users from 365 million is 7.3mill users. Split across government funding and some private companies then what do they pay to access to app and per user? Not as short term as many want but potentially very lucrative for a £7m MCap CTEA.

As a HEMO share holder I feel they just release this sort of positivity via RNS. Could give everyone a lift! Material news :-)

Everyone’s getting a bit tetchy I think on here. But facts is facts Juxta! We know what’s due. And on successful news of CDX deal (which imo is highly likely) The SP will be significantly North. I guess it’s just how much do you want to pay to be in? I see the SP gaining momentum into and through August. It’s effectively a month - six week hold and then see what you think? Even if you’re a short termer that’s a fair deal surely?!?!

I do think the research note should have given a firm target SP for 12 months considering we had the company market caps for companies in phase 1/2 trials. That’s where we will be in 12 months on multiple products!!! 15% return?! Don’t make me laugh. Should be 50p xmas and 80p-£1 in a year and that my ultra cautious view. Based on small hiccups that! As soon as CDX hits phase 1 and returns positive results and actually SAVES LIVES then multiple things happen:-
-milestone payments
-lives saved, happy families
- potentially chemo replaced??! Industry revolutionised?!
- ApbHC platform validated
- all other pre-clinical drugs test results on our mice validated
- everyone wants mice
- hopefully phase 1 trials dramatically shortened as a result
- 8-10yr time from Target to Launch slashes Hugely
-GlobalCo’s take over sensors explode

And it will be Eli for everything for anyone in any doubt.

You expect a research note to tell you something new? Did you know about the market comparisons in such depth? What we should be compared to in terms of companies?

Vlad telling everyone how tough a gig it is being drugs from scratch to market. I think he’s lining us up to show that he has beaten the pre-clinical average timescales as well as expecting to smash the human phase trials.

Basically they’re moving at break neck speed already on such a small budget compared to big pharmas.

Vlad openly sceptical about vaccines. Doesn’t think they’ll last long enough and therefore ineffective and as you say mutations will reduce efficacy also.

Antibody therapeutics and significant testing for the foreseeable. Next 12 months Minimum I reckon before a vaccine is available.

Covid is not going away people. If Vlad follows in his own footsteps of developing a novel treatment for Covid then the markets will lap it up.

Also as Convalescent antibodies Have been seen to where off after only eight weeks antibody testing isn’t going to be enough.

I believe HEMO are working on a next gen test to monitor Car T cell production which will be more accurate as these cells last longer in the human blood on the infected after they’ve had to fight the infection from Covid.

We all need a bit of luck that’s for sure! I think there’s enough companies in the UK for us to get a small market share and be very profitable.

CTEA not a big Company big lad. What sort of MCAP/workforce you attempting to compare them to? If the spent too much on wages you’d be saying they can’t control their cash burn. Maybe shares part of bonus structure?

I’m a cautious guy generally but writing them off before anything comes out is odd. The southern African roll out could be significant as the numbers are huge! That doesn’t need a sales person. And the pipeline I’m sure the consortium have spoken don’t need a salesman. They’re warm deals. Entirely new clients Need someone to chase up sales.

And quite simply it takes time to get any companies to buy in and set up using such a system. People expecting things to happen the next week?!?! I think news is due now and hopefully we’ve got a few companies keen to crack on.

Sales managers get steady basic salaries and then a significant sales bonus usually.
But you’d imagine they’ve had plenty of interest and their consortium has a big city boy think tank involved who have big clients themselves.
Furthermore, VSTE enterprises have provided no market update for over three months. Their product is a track and trace. They don’t use blockchain tech for security. We’re initially targeting different markets also.
CTEA has a tiny market cap. They don’t need masses of sales to justify and increase that? They’re not apple rolling out the whole country. Some solid and select employers across the UK would be a good start.
People unrealistically expecting hundreds of clients. Some absolute folly being mentioned. Why aren’t we paying someone £100k in sales? Doesn’t understand nano-caps.

Already interested parties will be being onboarded now. A sales manager will simply follow up newer enquiries and spread the word.

You’re right you can’t say HEMO is risk-less. But you do need to weigh up the risks and take a view on their probability of failure. Detailed research and due diligence can give you the kind of assurances you may still be looking for.

-chance of CAR T not making it to clinical trials and getting a partner
- Cash flow ok?
- chance of HuPech not making clinical trials?
- the mice aren’t as good as what we have been told?
- biodefense platform doesn’t progress?
- lupus model doesn’t help us develop a successful treatment?
- Vlad spends half a year on a Covid project that has no commercial end product?
-our drug candidates aren’t novel and won’t revolutionise the treatment of cancer?

These are the key questions that need answering

My foundation for research is the 30/4 Year End report. I found a great deal of questions were answered in this. Note the language used by the Chairman as well as how each product is described in its effectiveness. Potential chemo replacements.

And reading every RNS I have no reason whatsoever to doubt Vlad and his team. We have never had a single failed testing update.
