I mean, its quite clear what HEMOs shorter term targets are. What are Nanos? That settlement looks to have made what I thought was a big chunk of their IP portfolio disappear. What they got coming up?

With no RNSs on the subject you either:-

a). Assume everything is going swimmingly with the whole process (until the point the RNS is require for submission/acceptance)
b) Assume it isn't (Negative stance with little basis as imo If something was wrong or there were any problems, there would be an RNS confirming so)

The big news will drop when it's ready and it wont be much longer now as the IND submission is checked, checked and checked again. The FDA are very intense with the questioning so it makes sense they are being uber thorough with the answers to all the questions and the enclosures they are providing to minimise the push back, pre empting any qs.

Sit back and relax. HEMO is doing things as a proper company should, thoroughly.

But pretty sure the results of the first patient treatment we will get to know what is going on. Either it does not work and the patient does not recover. Or it does... as well hope and then what...?!

I personally dont think we will be waiting very long into the trails to be in receipt of initial findings.

So how many patients will HEMO need to take on the trial?
An IND oncology drug, I'd imagine we are talking just a handful. Results will begin to be gathered pretty quickly in reality.also.
if I were ill with refractory or relapsed AML I'd be keen as mustard to get involved. I hope we can help some people very soon.

Most people understand that FDA submissions are complex and there any many requirements. It makes complete sense to ensure it is right before it is issued.
The fact remains until it is submitted many investors will continue to have their doubts about HEMO and pained long term holders like me have to read some of the drivel that is posted on this site questioning HEMOs credibility.

I guess it's time to switch off and relax. I trust Vlad has everything in hand. I look forward to reading the RNS confirming submission sooner rather than later!

Having reached the point where Vlad is happy to talk properly about it now and give more details tells us he's happy the IP is now sufficiently protected and the testing is advanced enough for him to know it works well so far. No major hiccups.

People invest hoping the price goes up. Its how the markets work. Which requires positive news. I know they have moved swiftly completing all the IND contributory factors. Things are moving swiftly with no problems. Smug negative people hope it goes down and play a more complex game of shorting.

Have you read any negative RNSs? No. Do things happen slower than I'd like in pharma? Yes.

But some things are inevitable. And an RNS on when the IND is submitted is inevitable.

You must be stupid to consider otherwise. Or have a different motive. Which is it?

My point is, the IND will be sent shortly. RNSs would be issued if there were any problem with the checking of the results by the external consultants rather obviously.

An RNS will be issued when the IND is submitted because it is material news and RNSs are issued when news is material. Thems the rules.

Its tricky trying to work out your motive, but suggesting important things might not happen at HEMO suggests you are only trying to talk the company down.

You are confusing. Its only explicable by you being a trader. Doubt cast when you want the SP lowered for your buy in, positivity when you have already bought and want the SP to make some money. Its sad. but I cannot pin point any other reason for your posting style. Constant doubt raising, when there is no reason to.
